Rick came over to replace water cartridges for our shower remodel. He did a fantastic job! He's clearly very skilled. Plus, he helped bring some of our groceries into the house for us, which was obviously above and beyond what he needed to do. We have had him work for us before and he is always very friendly and informative.

I have always thought Bristol was great but this past weekend I got a real education. In a temporary lapse in judgment, I called another plumber in an emergency. They came out and gave me a bid that was astronomical. I told them to leave and called Mike at Bristol, The next day, he came out and did the job quickly and professionally for roughly 20% of what the other outfit bid.

This is a great guy, a good business and someone you should stick with regardless of the circumstances. Really knows his stuff and really works hard to do it right the first time for a reasonable price.

I had a new tankless water heater installed after my 10 year old water heater went kaput. They did a great job in helping me understand the new technology. My only complaint is that their work on my water pipes moved them slightly, causing my water softener to have a minor leak. Also, they left zero clearance to insulate the new water pipes they installed - it is resting on my HVAC duct work, acceptable in the winter, but it will be working opposite the A/C in the summer.

For an after hours service they made it over pretty quick. The price seemed a little steep but to be honest for after hours service I can’t complain. I would definitely call them again with a plumbing concern.

Day after Christmas, one of my water lines crack due to it being pressed against the cold concrete. I try to do business with locally owned companies when I can. Called around and found that Mac Wilson Plumbing was the only one who could get someone out the same day. Very professional and couldn't beat the response and price. I called Jerry last week for the first time for a sump pump repair/replacement. He was out quickly, answered my questions and installed a new one, fixing an issue with last installation. I was very pleased and knew if I had a plumbing issue again he would be my first call. Didn’t expect to have a pipe burst a few days later on Christmas night! We caught it quickly so just turned off water and texted Jerry. He came out first thing the next day and fixed it. Both times I was very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism and price. Definitely my go to plumber now.

I WAS WITHOUT WATER FOR ABOUT A MONTH A WATER LINE HAD BUSTED AND CAUSED MY BASEMENT TO FLOOD. JOHN THE PLUMBER WAS A REFERRAL FROM A FAMILY MEMBER. ON JULY 28th 2021 MR. JOHN AND HIS WATER LINE CREW SHOWED UP IN THE MORNING AROUND 9am AND WAS DONE AROUND 1:30pm. THEY MADE MY DAY. MR.
