If you have read the other reviews like I did you should be calling Chase right now! Hands down, the best service I have ever received. Not only did he do an amazing job at a reasonable price, he found an issue with my existing hvac system and even called them to notify them of the problem after they told me there was nothing wrong. This is how you run a business.

I referred my son for a sump pump failure. Yes it was after hours however, they took advantage charging $671 and refused to give detail bill.

You can't beat Tope plumbing. Only plumbing company I'll use or even let near my house now. I've used the big names and been ripped like everyone else. You won't find another honest, reliable, and most of all trusting team. I've used them for capping gas lines, roughing in a bar, moving washer lines, to completely reworking an entire bathrooms plumbing. Stop searching and call them.

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

Do not depend on them. Should be plummets when we feel like it.
