Best Gas Line Leak in Kansas City MO

A/C went out and called to have them come check out the problem. The A/C was dirty and needed to be cleaned. There was a small part that needed to be replaced which was done, plus he suggested that I needed a new condenser ($3K part) and he couldn't guarantee how long the current one would last. Feeling the pressure of the sales tactic, I said no and paid for their annual maintenance plan (which I regret) and small part that was replaced. Total bill was $480. Hoping for a refund on the annual maintenance plan. Don't think I'll be using this company in the future.I used this company several years ago at a different house and they tried to sell me a condenser then too....Update: canceled the maintenance plan and will get a refund, but found out the capacitor that he replaced is only $15...Total bill was $240+.I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE!!!!

A/C died and it was extremely uncomfortable in our house with the excessive heat. Called late in the evening and had someone here by 1:00pm the next day. Kaleb was our service man and he took excellent care of us. Was able to fix the problem and explained everything thoroughly. We have used this company for years and have been very happy. Kaleb even talk with us about questions we had with installing zone a/c and we are going to move forward with that. Thank you Kaleb and thank you KB Complete!!

Mike Covington did a really good job and was on time and easy to work with.. my new garbage disposal is great and he fixed another issue that my sink had with the alignment of my pipes!! Great job.. would recommend and use again

Andrew came by to check the new hvac system ab May installed a year ago. He was amazing! I have no complaints with most of their technicians, they are punctual and knowledgeable. If Andrew did more than furnace work, I’d request him for every service call. 10 stars for him!3 stars for the company itself. I pay every month for the “gold” plan. I had someone check this new system last month and they said it was fine. They said our filter was fine too. But Andrew found it was dirty and way overdue to be changed. He also had to make minor adjustments to make the system run better.I’m not happy that their salesman talked us into this expensive system, that was supposed to be “more efficient”. Spire told us last week that we went over our average usage by $700 last year. So our level payment this year is doubled to make it up. I know inflation has a small role, but $700! And I’m still paying AB May for this new system.I’ve had AB May for almost 9 years (since we bought our house) and I constantly question why we pay them every month. I don’t really feel like I’m getting my monies worth. But hate to cancel now and have something major break. I guess with that being said it’s only good for major repairs. (Except if you have a plumbing pipe in your front yard that needs to be repaired. They quoted me $10k for that. I am looking for other quotes on that from different companies. I guess their gold plan doesn’t cover that).

For anyone out there looking for a plumber stop right now...John the plumber and his crew were the most professional people I've ever had come do anything to my house I have hired electricians two plumbers and John the plumber had to come repair most of that stuff or go around it because the people I paid $4,000 to messed up so John the plumber came and fixed everything for me my basement is clear my drains are unclogged and he has a very very reasonable rate love the service. And it is brilliant how knowledgeable he is. This is a man that's here to help you not rob you and your bank account 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪🗜️🔩🔧🔨⚒️‼️

Steve came out and fixed a kitchen sink problem for us. He assessed the plumbing and possible solutions. Explained the work he was going to do and corrected the issue in the most minimally invasive way possible. The charge for the work was very reasonable as was the piece of mind that it was done correctly.
