Colton did a great job repairing our outdoor faucets. He explained everything he needed to do before he did it and explained the cost involved. Everyone that has come to our house from Anthony heating and cooling has done an excellent job!!

I hired their services to hang a chandelier light. I was told of an hourly fee and increments of 30min charges, I accepted. There were two guys so $100 each for them. They arrived at 2pm and were done at 315pm and not to mention 15 minutes was used to show them other possible jobs such as painting a room, replacing a toilet and shower handle fixture. Anyhow the guys troubleshooted the chandelier wiring for good 45 minutes figuring out a solution. When it was time to hang it, they asked for my assistance and I obliged, no problem. Myself and one guy held the chandelier for 5-7minutes while Loren fixed the wiring. So the heavy lifting lasted only 5 min or so. All said and done they charged me $350 for 1.20 hours!! I brought it up, and Loren said well technically we were working even when discussing the other jobs?? And nobody told me about a service fee of $50 on top which Roberta the secretary on the phone apologized for as well. Mathematically the time doesn't add up to $350 and I didn't want to argue about it. Figured they would refund $100 but they changed their story on this. I have Ring door time confirming their time in and out as well. Never will use them again or refer to colleagues/friends.

Our tech, Mr. FIRL, Was very considerate and all knowing! He stayed with us, diagnosed, and even went to get the parts needed to fix the situation. He offered us payment options to suit our lifestyle. Even after the install was complete, he verified everything was in Supreme working order before the winter weather hits. We are very grateful 🙏 to KB Complete Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning LLC, for their wonderful integrity and their ability to keep us at ease during trying times! Mark and his guys made a very unfortunate situation a very pleasant and easy process. Every issue that we had or question that we had was answered quickly and gave complete peace of mind. The work that they did was cleaned up each day to the point where you wouldn't have even known anyone was there and they would up turning a huge headache into a major upgrade for our home. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and using them for future projects.

This company tries to earn ur business then when u let them in ur doors and ask for an estimate, they send a guy out and don’t tell him he’s doing an estimate but he’s doing a service call, so I had him call his work and he found out that it was for an estimate. After he was done doing the estimate he said that they would email the estimate to me. I thought ok great. Well I get the email after 1 to 2 months later open it up and it’s not an estimate it’s a BILL
Saying my company owes them over $400 dollars. For work completed. I was like what!!!
I called up CEI mechanical and spoke to some guy who refused to give me the owners number because the owner was out of the office.
So what I’m trying to say is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
You will get charged for stuff u didn’t want and didn’t even sign for.

No show No call back runs up bill when he does come he unpacks 10 to15 mins works 1 to 1 1/2 hours packs up 15 to 20 mins day after day not good because he underestimated the work just runs up the bill
