Best Drains Pipe in Kansas City MO

I had always done my own minor plumbing repairs. I had a toilet which ran, so I replaced the fill valve. Then I could NOT get the supply line to stop leaking. Out of frustration I called Steve. He had the leak stopped, the toilet tuned up and everything ship shape in no time, all for a very reasonable price. I've since referred him to my in-laws and some others. He has been a jewel every time!

Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend. Got everything fixed and running smoothly in a timely and professional manner. I will be using the company again and would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

Ryan came out earlier than the scheduled time of 3:00pm after getting my approval first and got the job done by 2:40pm. He was very thorough and very nice.

Just got done with pierpoint replacing a waterline to our refrigerator. He did a fantastic job. Only conplaint is that he was about an hour late, but did notify us that he was behind schedule.

I have called multiple times on replacing water heaters after they came out to give an estimate which I never got even after I called them back to get it again. Guess I wasn't important enough. Not very good service too bad because the technician was very knowledgeable.

Royal Flush is a great family owned business. Called them one evening about a bad fill valve in one of our toilets and they came out the next day to fix it. I will be giving them all of our future plumbing work.

I had Pierpoint come out and give me a quote for three issues, needed a new outdoor spigot, pressure release valve, and a water shut off in the crawl space.

Quote went fine, I called a week or so later to schedule someone to come out. Day of my appointment, guy shows up and asks what we're doing. Tell him about the three issues above, says he doesn't have a spigot on hand and will need to run to the store. He's gone for an hour, not the end of the world but comes back and gets to it. He comes and gets me when he's done, tells me about how a pipe in my crawlspace is disconnected and someone will reach out to give me a quote since that's not his job, I pay and he leaves.

I decide to check on the water shut off as I was about to go on vacation and turns out they didn't install the shut off, only the pressure release valve. I call back and ask if they can come back out and install the shut off as well as give me the quote for the disconnected pipe. Lady on the phone is nice and says they'll have the same guy come out and install it and have the quote guy come at the same time.

Next day, guy does show up and fix the issue but the guy who was supposed to give me a quote for the disconnected pipe never shows up. No explanation or reschedule either.

Ended up calling someone else (John from Superior Plumbing KC) who came out day-of and fixed the pipe in less than 30 minutes, so I'm not really sure why Pierpoint needed to have another person come out and give me a quote when it was an easy fix.

Overall they did what I paid them to do, but communication was poor and I'm not a fan of how they seemingly were fine with letting my pipe stay disconnected down there dumping water/waste.
