Never showed up for appointment we had scheduled for a estimate. He didn't even have the courtesy to call to cancel or anything. Just left me hanging. That's bad business.

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Kansas City was contacted on a Friday to address a clogged sewer line. A repair technician responded, ran a metal snake into the line which did not clear the clog, then said a repair would have to be scheduled for the next week at a cost somewhere between $4,000 and $13,000. The technician charged $100 for the call, packed up and left, leaving the line clogged and the basement toilet unsecured to floor.

A different plumbing service was contacted the next day. A repair technician responded, quickly removed the clog, cleaned and flushed the line (many times), and reinstalled the toilet left unsecured by the previous company's technician. It was just a clog, not a broken or collapsed sewer line. Charged $198.

I was disappointed in the service provided by Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Kansas City. The thought of a plumbing repair bill as high as $13,000 and being stuck with a clogged sewer line from Friday 'till Monday did result in a fair amount of anxiety on my part.

Very pleased with the service, the attention given and how even though it was a long day for them and they were booked pretty solid, they still fit me in. On the first hot day this year, which spanned the upper 90’s for 4 good days, I turned on my AC to find that it didn’t come on or work at all, but had a Freon leak and had emptied over the winter. I called all over the city for someone to come help us, everyone was booked up. Morton Man fit me in same day and got me back in a livable climate. The pricing was very fair as well, which we appreciated so much, since no one exactly plans to have those unexpected types of expenses pop up. I’ll be calling them for all my HVAC needs from now on.

Had basement floor drain that was clogged due to washing machine issues. Aiden Homan came out for the $99 clean out special. He was on time, very professional, listened to the issue I was having and went to work. He was unable to get the camera into smaller drain so was unable to diagnose my issue but we rescheduled for another tech to come with the smaller camera. Even though he wasn’t able to fix my issue he was extremely helpful and very honest. I felt like he truly cared and wasn’t trying to get over on me. Thanks Aiden! We appreciate you more than you know!!!

We've had some issues with roots in our sewer pipes, they were able to clear them with hydro-jetting, which leaves the pipes completely clear, better than just a cutting snake. Very helpful and honest, and they do great work.

Snake n Rooter just came out to our house to fix our main drain backup. The plumber/technician, Jared, was awesome! He was very kind, thoughtful, and explained everything in detail on how to help prevent this from happening again. Our technician (Shaun Cook), did a very professional job of removing our old unit, discussing our choice for a new unit, ordering immediate delivery of the new unit, and installing the new unit. Shaun’s work was excellent. He is a wonderful representative for Inception and I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.
