Mike is an independent plumber specializing in tankless water heaters. He worked us in at the end of a long day and was able to quickly diagnose and repair our Navien tankless water heater. Most importantly, he had the necessary specialized part on his truck, so we got our hot water back without having to wait for parts delivery and a second visit. If you have a tankless water heater, I highly recommend Mike / Bristol.

Spencer was great & very knowledgeable! I received several calls the day prior to & day of service keeping me informed on when a service technician would arrive. Being a woman, I like that they send you information (name & picture) of the technician that will be doing the service. Pricing was fair as well…ended up being cheaper than using my home warranty. Very satisfied with the quality of service I received.

Chase was very professional - he explained what work he would be performing during the install (including bringing the gas connection to the unit up to code), left the work area spotless and walked me through the workings of the new water heater before leaving. Additionally he called before the appointment to confirm, arrived on time and completed the job within the time estimate provided.

I very seldom write reviews but Quick Relief Plumbing went beyond to get a part for my shower faucet so that I could get the repair done at the lowest cost. They were on target to what needed to be done, without trying to rip me off with hidden charges. They were timely and kept me informed and were courteous as well as professional. We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didn't have to buy a new unit!!!
