Precision is unlike the multiple others who tried to fix our main line , as the others just told us that the job couldn't be done. But these two outstanding men both diagnosed the issue and didn't stop at anything to ensure the outcome of our problem was completed to our satisfaction. Not only, should I mention, did they fix our issue, they went above and beyond making sure all surrounding areas were eveb cleaner than it was before our issue.

We had a fitting break off a pipe causing us to shut the water off to the whole Serve & Lift Center KC Food Pantry. All other plumbers were quoting overtime responses or next day response. One call to The Plumbing Pro, and before I was even off the phone with the lovely call taker, we had a plumber in route!! They were prompt and professional in responding to my initial inquiry and scheduled a free visit to come take a look. During the service visit, Jake assessed the issue, explained the problem to and outlined the steps needed to fix it. Overall, my experience with Zoom drain was excellent.

They arrived in 40 minutes, explained the problem very effectively and had it fixed in less than a half hour. I was worried that the bill would be exorbitant, but it was very reasonable.
