Don't bother unless you are a premium customer. We called on a Monday for AC repair, were told that we would be seen the next day. The next day at 4pm, no one showed, so husband called only to be told it would not be until Thursday. Of course there is a heat wave, so we get that they are busy, but no call, no courtesy. I spoke with a supervisor who said that they had to take care of their premium customers first. OK, we all see the same weather reports, they knew as well as we did that there would be a high call volume. Professionals know this and plan accordingly. If you are new to the area and are not paying for premium service, or if you are just a regular hard working slob, or someone with not a lot of extra money to pay the monthly premium, don't waste your time here. Go to Anthony's or Dad's or Gunn. Don't call KB, they don't give you the courtesy of a phone call when they bump you off the schedule for higher paying customers.

Found these guys after having razor rooter come out to look at my collapsed house trap. So glad I used them instead. Good price , good workers who know what they are doing. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

I have always thought Bristol was great but this past weekend I got a real education. In a temporary lapse in judgment, I called another plumber in an emergency. They came out and gave me a bid that was astronomical. I told them to leave and called Mike at Bristol, The next day, he came out and did the job quickly and professionally for roughly 20% of what the other outfit bid.

This is a great guy, a good business and someone you should stick with regardless of the circumstances. Really knows his stuff and really works hard to do it right the first time for a reasonable price.

Service tech was very nice and very professional. He let us know what options we had for repair and that it would be more worth while to replace than repair our dryer. We appreciated his transparency and guidance.

Bill Fry and his plumbers are professional and great communicators. I needed a garbage disposal removed and a new large sink and faucet installed. Also needed a water line to my new fridge. Labor Day morning awoke to no hot water and a steady stream of water running from the bottom of my old water heater. I called several well known plumbers in the KC Metro Area but none could make it today. Then i got ahold of Chase with KC Water Heater. Not only did he bring out and install a new water heater on Labor Day but his price was about 40% less than the nearest estimate from other plumbers. He was very professional, immaculate in his workmanship, very neat and clean but he also explained the why's to a lot of questions i had. I can not say enough about the quality paired with affordability that is so rare today.

Had Mr. Roooter fix a non-draining kitchen sink which I could do nothing about. They arrived the same day a tried 3 or 4 simple approaches without success. Then they traced the location of the obstruction to a horizontal pipe beneath the concrete floor in the basement toilet area. Of course, this required toilet removal, breaking up the concrete and digging down to said pipe, then replacement of the entire length of this cast iron pipe from kitchen drain to termination in main drain.
Afterword, they filled the hole with rubble and concrete and set a new base for the toilet. Cleanup was done reasonably well.
The workers, Roy & Erron, were polite, wore anti-COVID masks, and were a pleasure to work with. I never met the boss, but talked to him by phone several times. He was accommodating and willing to negotiate price and details. The office secretary/manager was a delight to deal with.
All in all, it was a very good experience.
