$1600 bid to replace an AC fan motor and blade was laughable. Got it repaired same day by another company for $625 with 5 year warranty. They came out, diagnosed the problem, got to work and were on their way. Your technician was more like dealing with a used car salesman than a repair technician. He literally was laying the ground work for selling me a whole new system before he even looked at mine (mind you it was blowing ice cold and working just fine, blade had just been making some noise for a few weeks) I nearly turned him away at the door and honestly regret not following my instinct and having done so. Would have saved me a $99 service fee and two hours of my life I’ll never get back. Word of advice…when dealing with a customer that’s already having a “bad day” due to unforeseen repair expenses, the last thing they want to hear is a bunch of nonsensical technical jargon regarding every single little thing that could possibly go wrong in the next DECADE with their system and 5 different quotes to “preemptively” fix it all (your tech’s word not mine). I can tell you one thing, when the time comes for another repair or replacement Anthonys is the last place I would call

My landlord uses them as a regular maintenance and calls them for repairs for the heating/air conditioning unit at his rental where I currently reside. My air conditioning went out two days ago I called them they said they would be here that day. They did not show up that day they asked, would an appointment the next day work?. I informed them it would not work because it was hot as hell and we being a preferred customer and being told that they would be here, I would like them to keep their word. They did not keep their word they were saying they said they would be here the next day between 12 and 2 they did not show up till 4 and I had already gone and gotten Gorilla tape and taped my ductwork back together to make it actually cool my house because the ductwork was leaking all of the cold air into my basement and it was not cooling my house. The tape job i did FIXED the problem but my landlord and I wanted it to be completely fixed, correctly fixed. Repairman said I did a stellar job on taping up the Dutch work that was leaking and keeping the air in the Ducks to be released out of the vents and into my house instead of directly into my basement and therefore, the repairman did NOTHING TO FIX IT, did not add anything to the work that I already did to the HVAC unit.I fixed it myself. I waited two days for them to show up MISSED 3 SCHEDULED JOB INTERVIEWS for them to do nothing regarding the leaking So no. I'm not very happy with them and if it was my choice, I would not use them any longer ,but it is up to my landlord not me.

It’s Christmas Eve (Saturday), we had family over, and our pipe burst. Almost immediately I called KB Complete and was told someone could come Thursday. About 30 minutes later I got a call and they said someone would be out Christmas Day! About 45 minutes later, I got a call from Kyle and he said he was on his way. Kyle was personable, explained things, and once he found a the pipe (RIP drywall), he fixed it quickly and efficiently! He saved our Christmas and now I will be a life long customer.

Service called to let me know they were on their way, were professional in every way ... from quality of the repair, to communicating what needed to be done, the amount of the repairs, and the cleanup afterwards. What’s more ... they loved the company they work for ... and it showed. Highly recommend.

Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend. Got everything fixed and running smoothly in a timely and professional manner. I will be using the company again and would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

I am surprised that this company remains in business. Their technicians love to schedule appointments with you directly, then perform a no call and no show. You rinse and repeat this cycle a few times before you get frustrated and call the main company office. This is where it becomes more interesting. The office manager will proceed to yell at you and claim that you are lying about what has happened so far. Note: This is all before you ever get to have a technician arrive and before you problem can be resolved.

It has taken five (5) days worth of runarounds, constant lies, being yelled at several times, and several days worth of time off from work with no technician and the flooding within the premise continuing. Save yourself countless hours - no days - worth of hassle and find a firm that actually cares and respects their customers and one that will be interested and timely in solving your issues.

Mike at Bristol was happy to stop by first thing and not only did he fix what he came for, but was able to fix a few other plumbing pieces around the house. He has very competitive rates, top notch work, and is completely honest about everything he does. I won't hesitate to call Bristol next time I need a plumber.
