Best Drain And Rooter in Kansas City MO

I recently had to have my 90 year old clay pipe sewer line and house trap replaced. Unfortunately the sewer line also ran directly under a 50ft Oak tree. John's team arranged for the Tree removal, trench, pipe replacement, and removal of my old House trap in my home's foundation. Their bid came in under every other company that I got bids from, and included the tree removal, which other's did not. He's team was prompt, hard working, and responsible. Part of the City sidewalk was damaged by mistake when the tree was brought down, and John's team took care of making sure that the repairs to that got taken care of too. The day after they were done, I spent time with a tree root waterer, pumping water into the back filled trench/mound, and got it to settle about 1 foot down in under 3 hours. Without being prompted or asked, one of Johns crew drove by to see how the mound was settling, because I had told him my plans to pump the trench with water, saw how much it had dropped on Sunday already, and helped re-dress the mound and push more dirt into the settled trench. Their good guys and I highly recommend them, and thanks to them, I'm pretty sure I'm going to have a good looking lawn again come spring time.

Danny did an incredible job on replacing hot water lines and replacing outgoing cast iron drain. He took extra steps to make sure our water was running properly through faucets so it would pass inspection. I'm very grateful for Danny. This is the 2nd time he's worked on my home. I specifically requested him after his first visit here to fix a leaking spicket outside. I highly recommend Plumbing Pro. They are very responsive and communicate well when you can expect your plumber to be there. 5 stars!!!

Steven, 1218, very communicative and efficient. I called and he arrived within about 30 minutes of my service request. He investigated the situation and walked me through some options. The entire time Steven gave necessary advice in a caring way. He snaked an old tough kitchen sewer drain that looked as if it was filled with black tar. He did a great job and happy he was able to clear the drain. He talked with me about sewer line maintenance and using Roto-Rooter Pipe Shield to protect the brittle pipe line. I took his advice and have started regular use of Pipe Shield protection. Overall this event was a good experience.

Excellent service. I will definitely use Inception in future for our plumbing needs. Justice was a great technician, was responsive, timely, didn't make me feel dumb for asking probably-dumb questions, and I never felt like he was upselling us. He replaced a few toilets and also helped fix a basement drain issue that was caused by a different company.

He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.

We have used this company before in the past with no issues. today was another matter, we had a pipe burst under the sink in our basement and it flooded the area we had to shut off the water at the mains supply. we called razor rooter at 8:25 to set up an appointment the scheduler said she would get the info to the plumber as they set their own schedules we waited until 10 and still had not heard from the plumber. so we called back. the scheduler again said that they set their own schedules and we said we understand that, but all we want is just a phone call saying if they will be able to get to us today and approximately a time she said she would send the info to the plumber. we waited until 1:00 p.m. this time and still had not heard from the plumber. we called and again they told us the same thing finally the plumber called back about 15 minutes later his name was Russell he was rude to my mother on the phone my mother was upset and flustered because of everything that had went on this morning with our water and was trying to explain the problem to him, she handed the phone to me to explain the situation. he was rude to her and sarcastic to me, stating so youve got a leak and made fun of the fact that my mom was flustered on the phone. He was extremely
unprofessional on the phone and very sarcastic. And then stated he wouldn't be able to get to us until tomorrow. It would have been nice to get a phone call back in the morning letting us know that . Needless to say we will not be using them again. They've lost a 15 year customer all due to bad communication, lack of caring and terrible responsiveness. Would not recommend Razor Rooter anymore.
