Technician came at time stated. Used a nifty looking power snake to open up clogged pipe in basement and replaced old faucet heads to basement sink. He was friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up his work area. If I need a plumber again I now know who to call!

My drain and I have a complex relationship. For anyone out there looking for a plumber stop right now...John the plumber and his crew were the most professional people I've ever had come do anything to my house I have hired electricians two plumbers and John the plumber had to come repair most of that stuff or go around it because the people I paid $4,000 to messed up so John the plumber came and fixed everything for me my basement is clear my drains are unclogged and he has a very very reasonable rate love the service. I am an investor with many rental properties in the Kansas City area. I have been using Wel-Don for many years. Apparently, they have new owners, and the quality of work has suffered greatly. I have had them out several times on the same home to clear the main drain to the street. Today I had them out again for the same reason and they finally were able to clear the drain. The tech stated most plumbing companies won't run a snake all the way to the street because they're afraid of getting their snake hung up on the main sewer line. Apparently, my problem was tree roots right at the city's sewer line. Not only did they not clear the issue many calls previously, but they charged me $165 per call. In addition, today they wanted immediate payment upon completion stating they had a new system in place.

The guys who come out to your house do great work and arrive within the appointed window. Pricing is quite reasonable as well. The office staff are polite and seem to know their work, but not very quick to follow up if you have to leave a message, which, it seems, you often have to do. Will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Great experience, 10 out of 10 will use again. Saved us from having to dig up the front yard for $10k. Friendly, professional, honest…all the things you look for in a service company.

Put 90 yr old mother on emergency response list when we called for air conditioner not cooling house. Showed up same day late and identified low Freon. Charged Freon, checked unit over and charged very reasonable rate for service call. Mom was overjoyed after being afraid she would be taken advantage of And told she would need a new AC. This company is a family owned business and they try to be responsive for people who are in danger due to hot weather and no AC. Will be using them in the future to do annual PM on mom’s AC and Furnace for my peace of mind.

These people are honest and respectful. The plumber who arrived at our house was so helpful and did everything he could to find and manage the problems we had. While the immediate issue did not require repair, he was well prepared and helpful. I gave a 4 star rating because we did not have any repairs done that were necessary.

The valve on my main water line sprung a bad leak on a Sunday afternoon and Carlos showed up within an hour of calling. He got my leak fixed and even replaced a valve that was going bad on the toilet bowl. He is prompt, professional and reasonably price. I will definitely call him when I need his services again.👍

My room mates and I have had trouble with clearing out a clog in our kitchen sink pipe for several months.
