After more than 10 years I finally had an emergency plumbing issue in my home. I googled plumber's in Olathe, KS and saw that Connelly Plumbing Service (CPS) had 21 reviews all of which were 5 stars. When I called I felt Chuck asked all the right questions, showed up on time with the correct materials and supplies for the job, estimated the time to complete, and then finished on time. Chuck took great care to protect the carpet as he came and went to his vehicle. My issue was fixed the same day. I will be sure to use CPS in the future. Add another 5 star rating to the list! Pat and lucky were amazing. They are very professional. They fixed the leaky toilet and pipe in the crawl space in a timely manner and when they left everything was cleaned in the bathroom swept the living room floor .Looked as if they had never been there.

Chase Thompson, owner of KC Water Heaters, is a master plumber with a fuel gas certification. Chase replaced our two 15-year old gas water heaters with two new Bradford White tanks. The fuel gas certification is important to us since we know that a lot of houses do not have proper venting. Sure enough our old tanks had the melted plastic evidence of prior backdrafts. We spent time with him discussing various tank options as well as different configurations for plumbing setup. We decided on a reverse return plumbing setup as recommended by the tank manufacturer (Bradford White). We had other quotes from more well-known plumbing companies but they recommended the more well-known parallel or in series setups even with Bradford White units. I'm not sure they know reverse return setups. Chase installed the manufacturer-recommended plumbing setup and increased the size of the vents to properly handle the exhaust and be compliant with code. He gets city permits on his jobs. He also replaced the PRV valve which was old and not providing adequate water pressure. He was at the house for 6-7 hours and worked hard the entire time with no breaks. He is very knowledgeable and easy to speak with, and all he does is water heaters, so you're working with an expert. I highly recommend him.

Anthony with Quick relief was quick, polite and confident in what he was doing. He repaired a leaking toilet and a small gas leak. I will call quick relief plumbing again they were easy to deal with and everyone I spoke with was very friendly and polite.

I bought an as-is home which required me to update the plumbing and this company was very professional. The owner came out himself to see what needed to be done and the price was very reasonable and he offered different warranty options. Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend. Got everything fixed and running smoothly in a timely and professional manner. I will be using the company again and would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

Had cleaned out main line of plumbing. Dec ... said it was past 60 day warranty there’s nothing they could do. I had been having this issue for a month after they had cleaned out the main line. Basically they were just like they can send some one out and I would have to pay the 190 (estimate) again.
