I have hired The Plumbing Pro for a variety of jobs, small and not small. Travis has the most integrity of any plumber in the Kansas City area, I highly recommend this company.

Quality Plumbing has been out to our house twice now for separate issues. Both times the dispatching staff and the technicians that arrived were courteous, punctual, and explained things in a manner that was easily understood. I never felt like I was being upsold service I didn’t need and actually had one of their technicians explain to me how I could fix some of my issues for free without having to call them again. We will definitely be using them in the future!!

Josh was excellent unfortunately we weren't able to finish the job today but he has made every effort possible and is going to continue to research to find the parts we need. I highly recommend him and your company.

Hired them to possibly fix and repair issues with my shower, some of which that a previous plumber did incorrectly.

They literally charged me $600 for basically having the guy barely do anything but sit in his truck most of the time for several hours and claim not much was wrong the shower and he was only responsible for doing a couple things to the shower line and slightly enlarging the hole to get in there.

They also failed to unclog my drain and give me a definitive answer as to why that was, despite leading me to believe they could do so after snaking it.

Basically feel like it was vastly overpriced and a waste of money and unhelpful and like I picked badly again, despite them having decent reviews.

Would not recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about Bluefrog plumbing and their Master Technician, Chris. Earlier this week, my HVAC stopped working, and just would not turn on. Within an hour of me calling, Chris was on site. He immediately assessed the situation and determined that it was an easy fix, he gave me a price on the spot, $298 including parts, and labor. I of course said yes please, and he immediately went and got an aftermarket part and installed it. The whole thing was finished within a half hour. I woke up to a leak coming from my kitchen and spreading into my hallway. My apartment maintenance team called in roto rooter after they tried to find the clog and fix it themselves. Within 20 minutes of arrival, the tech was able to find the issue and fix it with no issues. I couldn’t be happier! Thanks so much!

Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.

Taylor did a great job, diagnosed the problem, told me details of what would need to be done. Completed it in less time than expected. Guaranteed me that if any problems arose to call and it would be taken care of. I did not get other bids but Above and Beyond was recommended by a reliable source so I think I was treated fairly and respectfully.

Jewell was very helpful, thorough and professional. I love that I receive a phone call ahead of time, email and text confirmations with the name and photo of the plumbing professional coming to my home. They do a great job.

Have used these guys for years for drain problems. Always courteous, fast and reasonably priced. Joey was especially helpful yesterday at my rental property. Left the work area cleaner than he found it!
