I recently had to have my 90 year old clay pipe sewer line and house trap replaced. Unfortunately the sewer line also ran directly under a 50ft Oak tree. John's team arranged for the Tree removal, trench, pipe replacement, and removal of my old House trap in my home's foundation. Their bid came in under every other company that I got bids from, and included the tree removal, which other's did not. He's team was prompt, hard working, and responsible. Part of the City sidewalk was damaged by mistake when the tree was brought down, and John's team took care of making sure that the repairs to that got taken care of too. The day after they were done, I spent time with a tree root waterer, pumping water into the back filled trench/mound, and got it to settle about 1 foot down in under 3 hours. Without being prompted or asked, one of Johns crew drove by to see how the mound was settling, because I had told him my plans to pump the trench with water, saw how much it had dropped on Sunday already, and helped re-dress the mound and push more dirt into the settled trench. Their good guys and I highly recommend them, and thanks to them, I'm pretty sure I'm going to have a good looking lawn again come spring time.

Bill installed a dishwasher for us and during that time he noticed a plumbing leak and fixed it right up for us!! that way moving forward we would have NO issues with our new dishwasher or the Leak! Thank you Bill and Team!!

This was my second experience with these folks, all work was completed in a timely & professional manner.

Ruined my carpet and staircase by hauling a cast iron stack pipe, concrete, and mud out of the house without any precautions. . I requested booties be used, and was ignored. The sewer was left open, filling the house with Methane and other sewer gases. It remains unlivable. I will complete the work myself.

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... I will never use the other company AGAIN! J.F Denney are the right ONES!

I'm rating a 3 out of 5 stars. For service I would rate a 5, but for price I would rate a 1. I scheduled for them to replace a faucet at one of my duplexes since I wasn't available myself. Once at the duplex, my tenants also complained of a slow filling toilet, and a slow draining sink. I was surprised to find out that it would cost $570 to complete everything (about 3 hours of work).Having said that, Roto-Rooter's plumber, Ace, called me directly before beginning the additional work, and gave me an estimate of what the extra work would cost. He was professional and polite, and I appreciated him keeping me in the loop, even though I wasn't there. When dealing with a larger company such as Roto-Rooter, you will have to pay a bit more to account for the added overhead cost of such a large company. In exchange, however, it's my opinion that you consistently get good customer service, and they'll stand behind their work.

I can’t say enough great things about Bluefrog plumbing and their Master Technician, Chris. Earlier this week, my HVAC stopped working, and just would not turn on. Within an hour of me calling, Chris was on site. He immediately assessed the situation and determined that it was an easy fix, he gave me a price on the spot, $298 including parts, and labor. I of course said yes please, and he immediately went and got an aftermarket part and installed it. The whole thing was finished within a half hour. No need to waste time calling any other company, Blue Frog is the way to go. Thank you Chris & Blue Frog for the prompt & affordable service. 👏🏼

everything was taken care of fast and effectively. Brandon Hinnergardt(#2850) was the tech that came out, and he was very friendly and got the work done with no problem.

Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.
