Just got done with pierpoint replacing a waterline to our refrigerator. He did a fantastic job. Only conplaint is that he was about an hour late, but did notify us that he was behind schedule.

True Blue was able to come out to our house 4 hours after I initially called them. Alex showed up on time and was THE NICEST human ever. He not only fixed the issue, but he explained it to us and told us how to prevent it from happening in the future. Also, the price was SOOO affordable! With the price we paid and service we received, there's no way I'll ever call another plumber over True Blue!

They're funny yes, but not at all good at what they do and love to try to sell you things you don't need.Go with a company, LIKE THIS ONE, that knows what their doing and will always be there when you need them, doing exactly what you need done.

Justin was most efficient in checking our entire plumbing system and making recommendations for repairs and upgrades. He promptly cleaned our sewer connection and was most courteous throughout his visit.
