I have had both heating and cooling services. Today was plumbing. Jamal was a lifesaver as well as a excellent plumber. If I ever have a plumbing problem again, I will ask for Jamal only. Even if I have to wait a day. He was delightful, thorough, and definitely excellent at his trade..

Do not use this scam of a company!!

I was in a bit of a pinch & needed a handyman to fix the garbage disposal at my rental property. The service itself was good. The issue started when I received the invoice & saw I was being aggressively overcharged & charged for made up fees. I attached the actual invoice below.

1. Labor - $115 an hour is already an excessive price for a handyman, but I needed the work done quickly. I called my tenant who was home when the garbage disposal was fixed & he told me it took about 40 minutes to fix. Ace charged me for 1.75 hours! The general manager said I was charged the extra time because the handyman had to go shopping for the part. Shopping is not a skilled labor! This is extremely unethical to charge as labor. Not to mention Home Depot & Lowes are both within 1 mile of my home.

2. Service fee - $60 Handymen normally charge a service fee to come out & quote a job. If you end up not using them, they charge you the service fee. This scam of a company tried to double dip & charge me for the service fee too.

3. Truck stock - $10 I was never given an explanation of this fee. Another fee Ace uses to steal from their customers.

4.Materials - $161 (40% markup) This was the nail in the coffin for me, and confirmed that Ace is nothing but a scam. I asked the general manager for a copy of the receipt. He refused to provide me a copy of the receipt! He finally admitted that they charge a 40% markup on all materials! When I made the appointment nobody informed me of this excessive markup on all parts. A 40% markup on materials isn’t the industry average, it’s out right fraud!

I would not recommend anyone using this scam of a company, and will never use them again!

We needed two stools and two p-traps replaced. Steve and his crew were on it and took care of us. Never used CPS before. Heard their advertisement on the radio. I was looking for a plumber I could trust and one that wouldn't rip me off. I found what I was looking for in CSP. I recommend CSP and will use them again.

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

I'm a new home owner. I tried to save money by doing something I've never attempted. It quickly turned into a disaster. Too much for me to handle. I called frantic and I had someone sent out within an hour. Raymond looked like Jesus with a shining halo around his head as he walked up my driveway ready to save my home and peace of mind. I can't thank him enough for everything he did. He was honest, deliberate, and had the kind of work ethic that you hope for in any professional. It was a bigger job than he was prepared for, but he didn't look at the problems, he gave me options for solutions. I knew that he wasn't going to leave until the job was done right. He got creative and saved me from having to spend WAY more than I was able. Ask for raymond. Trust me.

I 100% recommend these guys and will be using them exclusively from now on.

I have had an issue with my main line backing up into my basement for 3+ months and have had 5 different plumbing companies out to try and figure out the issue. I have two stacks in my basement and each company that came out inspected what they called the main stack. One company told me it was tree roots, another told me that the line was broken and needed to be replaced (so I replaced 5 ft of pipe in my backyard... $$$) and the others told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement).

Finally, I ended up calling an independent inspector to come out and look at my lines thinking that because they didn't do repairs, they would be more likely to give me an honest assessment of my plumbing situation. They also told me everything looked fine (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement).

Finally, I decided to call one last time and Precision Plumbing was dispatched. Thank goodness.

1. Frank and Kevin inspected BOTH stacks. No other company has done that to date. The other stack had a cap on it that was difficult to access but that didn't stop these guys.

2. Everything was thoroughly explained to me along the way. I will admit I know next to zero about plumbing so this was beyond appreciated.

3. Blankets were placed down over my carpets. I can't believe I am saying this but this is the first company to even put a barrier down between their machines and carpets!

4. They fixed the issue. After 8+ visits from 5 different companies, Precision Plumbing took the time to actually diagnose the issue and they fixed it.

I am beyond grateful for these Frank and Kevin. You guys did an awesome job!

Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend. Got everything fixed and running smoothly in a timely and professional manner. I will be using the company again and would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

Found these guys after having razor rooter come out to look at my collapsed house trap. So glad I used them instead. Good price , good workers who know what they are doing. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

We were having an issue where our Drains were backing up in the garage.
I called 4 other local plumbers and they were either next week or the end of the month. So I called the main number and told them what was going on and they said there were a few in front of me but they would get here today or tomorrow at the latest. When Dustin arrived he was very courteous and cautious when using his equipment in our garage. I would highly recommend Wel-Don for anyone needing a professional.

I have had two experiences with Mike and Bristol and couldn't have been more satisfied with the work that was done.

First situation was we disconnected our washer and the faucets didn't stop running so needed them replaced and was able to get Mike out that same day to get the work done.

Second situation was in a new home and our washer was overflowing in the drain and got Mike scheduled to come out and clear the drain and seemed to help the situation.

Bristol Plumbing's contact information is on the refrigerator and will not hesitate to call for any future plumbing work.

Thanks for the help thus far and I am sure we'll be getting some work in the future...it's bound to happen it's plumbing.
