Best Burst Water Main in Kansas City MO

I’ve used Anthony for a range of services. Most recently, we had an issue with our sewer line. Victor, Joel, Casey, and Cameron were all great—very professional and helped explain all the options and any associated risks. I would absolutely recommend Anthony to anybody for any project.

Had a drain back up around 6:30pm. Called a couple places before calling A.B. May. They stated they could have a tech out as soon as possible. Drain was fixed that night and it was only $79.00! They were the only company that offered a tech to come out that evening. It was a life saver. Thank you AB May!

I used this company a couple of years ago and they did a great job. I had pipes relined out to the street. BUT, this last summer I had them out to fix a leaky outdoor and indoor faucet. They came out and told me that they would have to find a part and would be back to fix it. Never heard from them after several days. I called and ask to have Cory call me back and nothing. I called again after a couple of weeks on Saturday morning and was told they were off work and a lady told me that they were too busy. I said maybe I should call someone else and she said do that. I don't know what I did to piss them off but I did just that. Sorry but I thought I found a great Plumping company.

I guess plumbers know that their customers need plumbing issues fixed fast! Jason was out within three hours of me calling. He could have used my ignorant opinion of the problem to pad the bill. But he didn't. He diagnosed the issue instantly and fixed it. And I would describe the price as very reasonable. Will definitely use again.

Shane was an excellent! I recommend him and his work without reservation. I consider myself quite fortunate that he was sent on to help me as I was really in a pinch.

Our tech was knowledgeable, didn't mind the cat observing, and put everything back neatly than it was originally. He was a terrific tech!

My kids have a house in Lenexa and also have a 3 year old boy who loves his cars! After three visits by their staff, Drain Doctor Daniel Hixon was dispatched to the house and he used the rod machine and a camera to find not only the green car, but the tow truck that the boy sent down the drain to pull it out!
Frankly, Daniel and the whole Snake 'n' Rooter team (especially the phone answering staff!) were as helpful and considerate as anyone could imagine.
The upshot is that the drain (and parking area/tow lot for kid cars) are all clear after considerable effort.
I've always called Snake 'n' Rooter -- and I certainly will again!
