They answered all of my questions, walked me through everything they did, and let me know what to keep an eye out for. This company met every expectation I had. With the COVID-19 spreading so quickly, I was worried about having someone come in to our home to fix our plumbing problems. Zack called ahead to make sure we still felt comfortable with him coming in our home. He wore protective gear and made sure to sanitize any areas he worked. It was so appreciated. I feel like most companies don’t truly care about their customers, but I promise you, this one does! I would highly recommend!! Zack was very polite, showed up on time and made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left. I couldn’t be happier!

After a great install about 2.5 years ago I received no calls in the spring for follow up services. So this year I called to schedule a visit and find out because I have 2 units I have to pay 2 call out prices though they are coming to the same place. I call this poor customer service and excessive charges. I will no longer recommend them.

Charged $300 for a wax ring on a toilet, flushed the first time after he left and still leaking into my ceiling. Also damaged the neighbors yard when parking in my driveway and so far hasn’t reimbursed my expenses to fix! Was extremely unprofessional when I pointed out the damage to my neighbors property…which included breaking their sprinkler head.

Juan is amazing!! He helped find a broken CPVC pipe and repair it with a new copper pipe and fittings. He told and the pipe that was broken at two ends. He got us the parts from Home depot and replaced them in the garage area was cold. Absolutely will recommend Roto-Rooter and Juan for any plumbing related works!!

This is the second time we have used Full Circle Plumbing and they did not disappoint. They were able to come out in the evening after my husband and I got off of work. He diagnosed the issue with the toilet and repaired it quickly. The price was reasonable and he explained every step. I would recommend Pat and his team.

Excellent quality work and service. I sincerely appreciate the experience of the technician who made the unpleasantness of drain issues seem less daunting. I'm very private and protective of my home - hate to have people come in... The technician was very easy and comfortable to talk with and I am wondering why I didn't call him two days ago!Oh yeah, the drain is fixed in a little more than an hour.

Annually, it is must that we have professional services for our A/C, furnaces, and duct exchange. These guys are always helpful and we have never been unsatisfied with their service. They always come on time and always provide great experience. Thumbs up for you!

I had a motor on our jetted tub that needed replacing so I did the research and ordered the part and there was an access on the tub but when the service person showed up he needed another one cut under the tub and told us to call when we had it done. The 1st time he was at our home less than 30 minutes. We cut the hole and called the company to let them know. The service person came back the following week and replaced the motor and was at our home for about 30 minutes. I received a bill for $240 and was told the 1st trip there was a trip charge for $60 and the 2nd trip there was a $60 trip charge plus $120/hr so for the 30 minutes that the contractor was at our home the 2nd time we paid $180 for those 30 minutes so just be aware of what the charges are so you do not get sticker shock like I did.

Really do go above and beyond. Have used them now several times and will not hesitate to use again.

Do not depend on them. Should be plummets when we feel like it.
