Kyle arrived within the time frame that I was quoted. He was professional, polite and spent time diagnosing the issue before doing something that would incur charges yet not fix the problem. He cleaned up after himself and left a very good impression of a plumbing company I knew nothing about prior to calling.

Quick Relief was amazing. We had an urgent need and they completely understood. They fit us in their schedule for a free quote and then came out and fixed the issue within two days to meet our urgent request. They were kind, professional and quick! Definitely would recommend them.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! After calling several different plumbing companies, Roto-Rooter was able to come and solve my issue quickly. I had a burst pipe inside a basement wall, and our plumber Mike was able to isolate it on the first cut and quickly get it fixed. I really appreciate the upfront cost estimate and the way that Mike went about his business. I will not only be using Roto-Rooter for my future plumbing needs, but I will go the extra step to request Mike every time. 5 stars!
