I have used A&T plumbing for many tasks over the past years. Pierre and team have installed two new water heaters, installed dishwasher, replaced toilets, etc. They are always dependable, on-time, professional and overall just do quality work. They also do not push jobs on you or try to scare you into doing work that is not in the customer's best interest. It is great to see small business being run with such integrity. This is the second time I've had Ben Franklin out . First time was for a leak on moving day which they took care of quickly. Not a fun thing to deal with water spewing from a pipe in the wall on the day you move. Because of how they dealt with everything that day I was confident they could handle a garbage disposal install. And they did. Came when they said the would. Charged what they estimated. Called to confirm. And followed up with an emailed receipt. I'm not a fan of parting with my money, but when it's to a service provider like Ben Franklin and their employees like Tim Peterson, I'm happy to share they're quality people who do quality work. Definitely and highly recommend these folks.

He ran a full diagnostic and fixed what was wrong, the filter, in this case. It was a very efficient and immediate service, very grateful to Carlos and turbo for their work.
