Colton drained the water from the Hot Water Heater. There was no hot water yesterday. It still has almost a year left of a 10 yr warranty and Colton said there is one in Dallas that might be here in a week, possibly two. Should find out today. I will pay for the labor/installation. He is doing his best to see I get a new water heater asap. Very appreciative of his efforts!

My ac was blowing hot. The technician arrived on time did very thorough review and testing (even though he was attacked by ants) of my system and even though it turned out my compressor was bad the technician offered advice and suggestions on replacement of compressor.
