Best Water Conditioning in Austin TX

The receptionists for this business are horrible. From the first phone call I had nothing but attitude from the office staff. The first plumber who came to my house didn’t bring a ladder despite me informing the receptionist that our tankless water heater was in a downstairs ceiling crawl space 14 feet off the ground. Instead of rescheduling me for someone who had the equipment to handle the job, he tried to tell me that the issue we've been having (scalding hot or ice cold water out of the pipes no matter how the faucet handle is set) is due to hot Texas summers. Yeah, I’ve lived in Texas my whole life. I know that in the summertime, pipes in the outside of the house heat up faster. That wasn’t the issue. After he turned down the temperature of the water hearer from 120° to 115°, he told me that would help the issue and to call back if it didn’t. Surprise surprise, it did not solve my problem. I called back to get another plumber with the right equipment out, once again receiving an attitude from the woman answering the call, and the second plumber charged full price for the services he provided. I thought it was ridiculous that the plumbing company would send an ill-equipped plumber, who charged full price for his services, and then charge us again for the second visit to essentially supplement the first visit. The first bill was $230, the second bill was $150, and when I called to complain about that (again facing attitude from the receptionist) they offered to knock $100 off the second bill. How generous. I’ll never use Clarke Kent Plumbing again.P.S. the water is still insanely hot

Pierre and team were timely, professional and didn't jerk us around with mystery fees and surprise charges. After being referred to A&T by 2 of my neighbors, I chose to get 2 quotes for our crumbling and clog-prone 54 year old sewer line repair work. 1 from A&T and another from a competing company. A&T was more in line with my expectations. I expected there to be delays and let them do their thing. It's done when it's done, and there were some hurdles with rock, etc, but the end result was completed professionally. Best of all, the team were very very responsive during the last mile, ensuring that things worked. Glad I chose them and will do so for future projects. I'd happily refer them to others as well. Benjamin Franklin plumbing technician Jared Patterson did some commode repairs at me home today. He was very prompt and very professional. He explained my options and did a great job on the repair. ABC can provide all home repair and remodel services. They use qualified professionals. The plumbing supervisor came on Christmas Eve to repair a burst pipe that was flooding our backyard. We also use the ABC pest control and they are also excellent. They provide solutions and can do the work. I would trust ABC to repair/replace/service anything inside our home or on our property . They have a long-standing great reputation.

Donny, gave me a fair estimate on the cost for setting up an inlet for a portable generator. It's more than I anticipated becuase the 20yr old home had some parts that are not avilable. Donny was considerate on how he approached the price and explained every detail.He was very knowledgeable and honest.

Chris Rios showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. A complete check of the A/C was done with a complete explanation of the system. I recommend this firm.

I called Stan's a year ago and the office manager had a technician call me to address my issue to set up the right type of appointment. When we spoke, he gave me advice, walked me through checking the issue while we were on the phone and determined there was no issue. What an angel! He was ready to say have a good day when I asked if I could set up a maintenance contract. They've been out twice for maintenance checks and again everyone has been fabulous, honest, and reliable.

Our experience with Fox Service Company was great. Starting with LaCounte and Joey who provided us with all the information we needed to make the investment on a new HVAC system. Then the install team, Grant, Trevor, Rick and Sebastion. They were all very professional, experienced and friendly. They all provided excellent customer service, were diligent in their work, protected the floors, cleaned up, removed all the trash, showed up on time and put in a very long 13 hour day. I hope management personally recognizes and thanks these employees who really make Fox Service Company shine. Because of them, we will continue to call on Fox. These guys are awesome. They came out and fixed my problem, same day. Super sweet, super professional. They even helped me with a Texas Round snake in my garden!

Our furnace stopped working on Sunday morning and I called Turbo and they were out the same day to take a look at the problem. Jay explained the problem thoroughly and offered to try and find parts for our ancient furnace without trying to sell us on a new one. Replacing was the way to go for us, however, and Turbo was able to bring and install a new one the next day. We were very impressed with the speed of their service and the price was reasonable. They cleaned up the work site afterwards, were polite and communicated everything well. If I had to ask for one improvement, it would be stricter Covid protocols, as I had to ask a few guys to wear masks in the house. Otherwise, great service and we would be happy to use Turbo again.

One of the best experiences I have had while remodeling my home. Bryan was very professional and polite. He helped lay out all the options and even helped me with finding what was best for my situation. Will definitely recommend!

Don’t let the lack of reviews here fool you (they have a yelp with more also). Had a bad leak by the main line in the yard. They came the day of on short notice, finished in a few hours, and I paid literally half what the bigger guys quoted. Can’t really ask for much more in a situation like that. They are definitely my first call next time if and when they are needed

When the heater stopped working at our office Elite showed up the same day to diagnose the problem. Once the parts came in they came right back out and fixed it...all for a very fair price. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.
