Nice technicians but sorry, this company is a circus with zero communication, and if you need to speak with management that knows what is going on and can help you?....... After 4 months, I am still trying to get a billing mistake resolved. I don't handle that You'll have to talk to someone else but they are not available We'll have someone call you (x5) and no-one ever calls you back. *But every tech will try to up-sell you like crazy and suggest things that you may not even need.

OUTSTANDING!!!!Called Pierre on Sat due to pilot light on my hot water heater not staying on. Part was picked up on Monday nd installed by 11:00am Monday. WE HAVE HOT WATER AGAIN!!Great service, easy communications and very reasonable prices. In today environment the hardest thing to find is a honest, master mechanic, electrician or plumber at a reasonable cost. A&T Plumbing is it!!!

Great service - Cody arrived on-time and called ahead to confirm his scheduled arrival. Was very efficient and helpful - I had a leak to fix, which he diagnosed and repaired promptly; then I had several valves to replace, which he did efficiently and quickly. He understood and explained problems I was having and advised me on how to take care of them.Company works by the hour and openly provided hourly rates on the phone. Final bill was as expected. Great group to do business with - will definitely call them again if I need plumbing help.

BEST PLUMBING SERVICE IN AUSTIN!!!!!! I called A DeaL after a large alphabetical acronym service company cancelled my plumbing appointment about halfway through my 4 hour window. The time was ~6:30pm, it was the college football national championship game night, and day 4 of us knowing we had a significant leak (we made then other appointment 3 days prior) needless to say I needed help. Arnold (the owner) answered, heard my request, said he could be here in 20 minutes. Once he arrived he assessed the situation, gave me a quote and starting working. He had also called his sons (who work for him) to assist, they arrived after about 10 mins. They worked together quickly, found the source of the leak (a cheap fix on our main line before we bought the house), fixed it, cleaned up, and knocked $200 off the price Arnold had originally given me, all in under 2 hours. I can't imagine having a better experience with a larger service provider (given what I already experienced). If you're looking for a plumber to solve your problem swiftly to install new plumbing pipes and fixtures, earn your business, and support local Austin family owned businesses I can't imagine a better company than A DeaL. Jared came quickly and inspected the issues. My almost new kitchen faucet needed a minor fix and he gave me an estimate to replace it for some $750. I happily gave him his $99 service fee and fixed the issue myself in $20. It was a pain for couple of hrs but definitely worth it.
