They attempted to swindle my contractor out of $300 for a $4 part. Dishonest and very unprofessional. I would never use them again.

I found a lot of good reviews for this company and I'm pretty happy with the results. They fixed four leaks in about 90 minutes. Not too shabby. A tad pricy but hey, compared to the amount of plaque buildup in my heart I avoided, stressing and yelling, making mistakes, and all the runs to Lowe's because I bought the wrong part, and all the rest I would've experienced doing it myself.... WORTH IT! Thanks Plumb Masters! I will be recommending your business to others.

He checked our breaker boxes and said we need to check all the outlets because our boxes check out fine. We need to move things so a diagnostic can be done. He was nice and very informative about what he was seeing and what the cause could be. Unless we manage to find the outlet while moving things so the diagnostic can be done, we will be having him back to do the diagnostic.

The first time Marshall Harris arrived to replace a board in my outdoor A/C unit, he was met with heavy rainfall, thunder and lightening. Needless to say, the thunderstorm persisted and he tried, but it was too dangerous to fix the unit. So, today he arrived on schedule and the sun was shining and the board was replaced and now my house is nice and cool and I am extremely happy! That man will be running ARS before you know it! He came on warranty call and hell I wanted to pay a guy like him just because I respect his work and the way he represents himself and the ARS brand. I made another appointment with ARS after having such great work done by Tim. The work ARS does when they arrive is great but actually getting there in the allotted times is not good at all. When Tim came I had a scheduled time of 10:00 to 2:00 they came after 4:00. Because Tim did such a great job as a Technician I overlooked ARS's operations for not getting techs dispatched within the 4 hour time they slotted for me. The appointment I made with ARS for a tuesday at 2:00pm (not a 4 hour window) with the ARS schedulers was not kept. I call the office and was told my appointment was a 2-4 window. Then they put me on hold and said they could not even make between 2-4 and would have to reschedule me for the next day. I had the same issues with a previous scheduled appointment prior to all this. So I'm going to have to pass on doing business with ARS going forward because the company does not value a paying customers time.

I couldn't have been happier. The Efficient technician, Robert, was on the scene quickly (considering the weekend), performed a work-around that left the unit functioning through the night, then returned on Monday to replace a part that restored it to a fully functioning unit. I recommend them highly!

Tyler and Tyler of Garrison Plumbing are straight up professional dudes. Good dispositions and always helpful in explaining what they are doing. Had several plumbing projects that they fixed/replaced with attention to detail. Each time they did something new they would check to make sure the previous project was working as expected. Would use them again.

Being a first time home buyer is scary, especially when the home is older and needs repair. Greenstar Plumbing helped us with all of our immediate needs to get our kitchen and baths functioning, at a reasonable price, and when it came time to do a full kitchen remodel they were the first people we called. Our kitchen is gorgeous and as soon as we can budget for bathroom remodels, we will be calling Greenstar!

I self diagnosed the problem myself so I got a very reasonable price over the phone without hassel. They sent two great guys to complete the work. Super friendly. The boys were done fast so I didnt have to wait around all day. The price they quoted was the price I paid. I have been a business owner for 11 years and believe me when I say that providing this level of customer service from start to finish is not easy. I tip my hat. Thanks guys

Price was higher than what other plumbers in the area have charged us. They also tried to upsell on a new garbage disposal but couldn’t really provide a reason why. I haven’t used them since.
