They are very responsive, I called on a Thursday morning and they had someone out to my house the same day, a repairs were completed the following day. Jose and Jesus were so polite and helpful, they explained everything to me and even gave me a price break. They left no mess behind. CJ helped me file the claim with my insurance,, and he’s going to continue to help me navigate the entire process. After my experience with these three guys, I won’t call anyone else when I need a plumber!

Richard A. from Goettl come the other day for a plumbing/flood inspection of our home. This is a free service if your a member of their Saide club. He was through and explained in lay terms what he was doing and what all his recommendations were. He checked the pipes and flushed out hot water heater for free. Richard seems knowledgeable and professional while still being super friendly.

We used Plumb Doctors to replace a cracked main sewer line. They were able to schedule the work quickly and minimize the time that the plumbing could not be used. When some miscommunication happened they were very prompt to do everything possible to make it right as quickly as possible. Jennifer, Joe, and Marc treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. Hopefully we don't have a plumbing emergency arrise again, but we will use Plumb Doctors again if it does.
