It started raining in my room in the middle of the night because of a backed up drain. Rooter-Man was the only plumber that I called that had someone who answered their phone in the middle of the night. Wyatt came by by 9:30 and fixed everything up by 10am.

Best company I've worked with in the last 8 years at my downtown Austin business. They continue to go above and beyond and explain things to me in a way that I would understand. When I had an issue with my hot water heater another company, reliant plumbing, told me it was going to be between 10 to $20,000 to fix (replace the whole system). Johnny rooter came in identified the problem and all I paid with six hundred bucks to get it fixed. 3 years ago and going strong! Most recently I had a commode go haywire. My technician, Bam Bam, was efficient, knowledgeable, quick and professional. He fixed my issue in the most timely manner and have me great tips to care for my pluming to save me money in the long run. Most of the time they are there within hours of my call. I will always use this 5 start company for my home and business needs!

Marco and Jake did a great job replacing a broken shower valve. They were able to salvage the existing hardware and saved me from an expensive repair. On top of that, they were very courteous and professional. Thanks guys!

Quite overpriced. $160 per hour labor + $60 service call not waived with use of service, plus tax, end up with more than $230 even for several minutes

I've called upon Neighborhood Plumbing on two recent occasions, one to replace a pressure valve on our main line, and the second to fix a water pipe that ruptured in our garage during the recent winter storm. On both occasions, these guys were prompt, friendly, and professional. They did excellent work. And the fact that Chris and Paul were able to quickly come out in the middle of the storm to get our water pipe patched was simply amazing. Strongly recommended!

I purchased a home several years ago that was built in the 1960's. Unfortunately, the home still had its original sewer and drain cast iron lines. After clearing several clogs and performing spot repairs it was clear that the cast iron pipes were past their life expectancy. After getting several bids, I hired Starr Sewer and Drain to replace the entire system (120 feet of tunneling). It's been over six month since the repair and the system has been performing as it should. Thank you Starr Sewer and Drain for your professionalism and for providing me with peace of mind - 5 StaRRs! (Just had to add the extra R haha).

I contacted The Plumbinator of Round Rock over the phone and asked if I could get an estimate for some water hammer issue I was having. She was completely informed from me that I have high water pressure and would need a pressure relief valve installed. The lady on the phone scheduled an appointment and NEVER mentioned there would be a service fee. To my shock I got an invoice the next day. I called to ask why I got an invoice and was NEVER told there would be a $50.00 service fee.The lady was rude when I was asking about why I was not told up front about any service fees. In fact, I asked why she did not tell me and her reply was, I would have told you if you would have asked. I tried to explain that I think it is her responsibility to informme and not me ask her. At this point, I got hung up on. I would have politely declined and went on a search for other companies had she done her job and informed me about a service fee. This is worse than a hidden fee. This is a NEVER told fee.
