Best Toilets Faucets Sinks in Austin TX
Half of an entire apartment building has no water because of a bad valve on the boiler. This is on Christmas Eve. So we go that day, Christmas Day as well with out hot water. The part arrives the day after Christmas which is a Thursday and the tech says that since it came in after 2:00 he would return the following day to put it on. So this guy leaves about 40 families without hot water for an extra night so that he does not have to work by flashlight!!!!!!!???? Where I come from plumbers like this end up bagging groceries for a living. Just pathetic. Call anyone but these lazy losers.

OMG this place the horrible. They put me off for days and not sending the plumber. When I finally got mad and talk to someone there they tried to price gauge me. Please stay away from these guys.

There was a pipe leaking from the street to the house. They knew the problem but did not mention money until they were onsite. $99 to drive to the house. $400 to dig to find the leak. That's before repairs. Not a local business.

I needed a stopped up sink unclogged. I contacted 5 local providers from Yelp, four respondedI chose austin plumbing.First of all the office manager Chelsea responded right. He was very straight forward about scheduling a time that fit my availability I’m a disabled veteran and I was given a 20% discountCody the plumber arrived on time, respected my home and got right to work. He completed his work quickly and effectivelyThe other three vendors quoted prices that were over twice the price. They used complicated formulas that are obvious tactics at gougingI highly recommend Austin Plumbers

I cannot say enough good things about Proven Plumbing. We were getting a knocking/hammering noise from a pipe in our wall. The first visit they assessed and determine first that the house had no pressure expansion tank installed anywhere, which from a safety standpoint is important. They quickly installed that and said to let them know if the sound was still present and if so it would require a pressure reducing valve at the main. The left me with a quote. The sound then returned and in one easy click I was able to get them back out next day to perform the additional work. In less than 3 hours the work was complete and no more sound! Proven Plumbing made the process of having plumbing work done so easy! I know if we need any future work done they will be the only plumbers I call.

They immediately said I needed a whole new system without testing it fully. Then they said I needed 3 lbs of refrigerant as I had a leak somewhere in the system, and this fix would be $800. I asked why would i put 3lbs in a system with a suspected leak? Why not try 1 lb and see if it leaks. The fraudulent repair man then stated I won't come back so this is your opportunity for the 3 lbs because I can't put refrigerant in a system twice i ended up buy 1 lb but it didn't make a difference! Over $300 wasted. I called another company and he immediately said my evaporator coil needed to be cleaned, work performed, now my house is easily kept at 72 on a 99 degree day. Warning!! Advice from the good repair man is stay off Angie's list because those companies are desperate and the good companies don't have to pay for customers, the quality of their work brings them business

Chris is amazing! I call on him anytime I need help with my personal home or if I have any issues with plumbing at any of my four brick and mortar shops all in South Austin. He is extremely responsive and usually can come same-day or the very next day. I love knowing I can count on him to show up and get the job done right the first time and doesn't ever try to attempt to go a more expensive route - he's always watching my back on costs.

I would highly recommend this company. I had a very bad experience with another plumber who disappeared half way through a job. I called Austin Area Plumbing & Drain and was told Bo would be out in a few hours. Not only was he out to our house quickly he was able to fix all the issues we had as a result of the previous plumber. Everytime I called, they were extremely helpful and Bo was at my home as promised. The work Bo did was outstanding and his polite, respectful manner was wonderful. I plan on calling this company and asking for Bo for all my future plumbing needs.
