Jeff and his cohort were kind, educational, and friendly. They solved the problem quickly and were willing to check another problem I have been trying to isolate. Jeff even helped remotely to prime the water heaters after the propane ran dry! Exceptional service!

I requested an appointment with them because my line burst between the meter and my house. They would charge more for a Sunday service (understandable) so I scheduled it for Monday. I decided to start digging to fix it myself and eventually called them when I reached the problem to cancel my appointment. Fred was totally cool with it and even gave me some pointers when I got to the problem. He wasn't going to make a dime out of me, but he was still so helpful. I called Fox Service Company for some plumbing issues—a toilet leaking from the tank and another toilet that was phantom flushing. The plumber who came, Steve Garcia, examined both toilets. The leaking one was not leaking while he was here today, so he recommended that I just keep an eye on it for now. If it starts leaking again, I’m supposed to give him a call. He said it could be a hairline crack in the tank or it could be a gasket. The phantom flushing toilet did not appear to be running, so he put some food coloring in the tank to see if it would show up in the bowl. It might take a while, so I’m supposed to call if it does. I was really glad that no repairs were done before properly diagnosing the problems. Steve was very knowledgeable and courteous and explained things very well. I have used Fox Service Company for 19 years. I’m one of their Priority One customers. They have done all sorts of things for me, including installing a new HVAC unit and replacing my gas water heater recently. I have always been very happy with the quality of the technicians and the service I have received.

Had my maintenace done on our HVAc system and discovered we needed a new blower. It was done professionally, on time and by an expert. Had a clogged drain and they also came out to fix that. We have been very please with Christianson's service and will continue to use them.

I made an confirm apointment with them, but followed up with them and they said I wasn't on the list. They came up with alot of excuses about why I was not on the confirm appointment-excuses were new employee, and new computer system. I was waiting for them all day, what a waste of time!
