Sean came out asap (fitting me into his full scheduled day) to check out a backup in my bathtub and toilet which originated from my washing machine. Sean assessed the situation quickly, took care of the washing machine and contacted a restoration company who came out directly to begin the cleanup process. Everyone was calm and efficient which made the situation that much easier to deal with. Sean came up with a coupon to help defray his charge; the cleanup should be covered by my insurance.

Mack was great. He kept me In the loop as the how things were progressing and got the job completed the same day.

Donald and Brett were helpful throughout the process answering all questions and paying a lot of attention to detail. They were on time every day and completed the repair job well before initially promised date. Highly recommend.

We had water damage in our house when we first met Muhammad. He was very professional and treated us like we were family. It's hard to see your home damaged but when you have a crew like Muhammad's fixing a mess like this wasn't so bad. He deserves more than 5 stars. Our shower cartridge and handle were leaking and late evening we called Plumber Masters and Samuel came at 8.00 pm at night and quickly fixed the problem in no time and changed the cartridge and made it work and we were able to have water for the night. Thank you Samuel for great work done ?? would recomend Samuel to everyone !

Had them out yesterday to fix my ac. found the problem (burnt up capacitor) had the part on the truck and 45 minutes later we we done. Junior my tech was very good. reasonably priced. Nice Job! would recommend

This company is FANTASTIC! I called to get three quotes to replace my ADA kitchen faucet and repair/replace the garbage disposal. Charles and Matthew came and fixed a leaking sink for me at the last minute right before we left on vacation. They were super helpful and fast and explained everything they were doing thoroughly. Charles even gave me some tips to save money on my gas and electricity bill while I'm out of town. Very pleased with the service.

Stan's Htg. came out within an hour when I called... Chris Hull was the technician and couldn't be happier with the whole process.. Chris had my A/C working in 30 min... his professionalism , knowledge and customer service I really appreciated .... will definitely use Stan's Htg. again and Chris Hull as well ... for any future problems..

Our Plumber, Richard, is the NICEST, most customer service oriented and professional person I have been around in a long time. I can't express how nice this person is. Plus, I completely trust him. Great service! I’ve known them for years, local and family owned years. The last time that I used them it was because my kitchen sink had a weird smell and like I enrolled in the maintenance plan they gave me priority. I was scheduled for the next available slot and they got to my house with a truck full of parts and equipment just to make sure that they finished the job the same day

I had a great experience with Efficient AC. Their Senior HVACR Technician Robert recently did our fall tuneup on our two units. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining things in detail and sharing tips on preventative maintenance between tuneups. He was very thorough and quickly fixed the one very minor issue he found. He was also considerate about our new carpet, happy to wear the little shoe covers on his way to and from our attic.After having had a bad experience with a different AC company, Efficient AC was a breath of fresh air, no pun intended. Their prices were very fair, and I'm signed up with them for my spring AC tuneup. I'm thrilled to have found an AC company I can rely on.

We are getting ready to move and had a list of inspection issues that we needed to have fixed. I found Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain from their numerous recommendations on Nextdoor.
