called on a wednesday and was told plumber would be there in an hour. this got pushed 4 times and they showed up the following day. was not advised what price would be, got billed $700 for pulling and clearing a urinal, visit was less than 30 minutes. 4 attempts to reach management resulted in a combative dale who has abrasive and unhelpful. call a small local plumber and avoid these rip off merchants.

These guys are top notch! My water heater broke on a Sunday. I called them Monday morning and Corey and Nigeal arrived within a couple hours. By that afternoon I had a brand new water heater installed at a reasonable price. A few days later I had an unrelated issue they came back to investigate. They fixed it in five minutes and didn't charge me for the visit. This is unheard of!! If you want a fair and thorough plumbing service, call the Plumbinator.
