Best Sewage Line in Austin TX

Melvin Haddix and Esteban Corral provided the best service. I’ve been looking for a quality plumber for some time, and after a lightning strike that took out the hot water recirculating pump, I called S&D Plumbing because of their BBB rating and 41 years of service. They arrived as scheduled, were in contact as to arrival time, and went above and beyond to fix the problem. They located a new pump, made arrangements to pick it up after hours, and got it installed before they called it a day. Same day repair, extra hours, and went out of their way to get the job done without increasing price or pushing to next day because it was extra work to arrange getting the new pump. Thank you for a job very well done!

Juan Martinez diagnosed the problem with out toilet flush quickly and did and amazing job by fixing it.

The plumber installed my garbage disposal and charged me almost $500 for 15 minutes of work. I will probably never use Roto Rooter again. I was robbed.

Professional negligence and way overpriced. Our sewage line was backing up into the house and we asked our neighbors if they were having similar issues, nobody was and one recommended Plumb Masters (Plumb Doctors came but it's the same company) - huge mistake. They came out quickly and inspected a clean out and said we had a catastrophic failure in two places. I asked to see the video footage (that we paid for) and he said it wasn't possible as it was completely backed up. He recommended we vacate the home immediately and take immediate action to fix the problem. I was shocked as we could still flush our toilets (the sewage had drained) but trusted the expert.He came back with a price tag of $44k - he explained two catastrophic failures and most likely orangeburg pipe - everything needed to be replaced to the street. $44k was outrageous but we trusted his diagnosis and vacated the home.We reached out to other vendors for quotes, a commercial plumber in the neighborhood responded on next door and came over, he quoted $5k from the back patio to the street - dig up and replace. He didn't inspect any lines, just gave us an idea on what's fair. Less than 8x the price from plumb doctors but not the entire job.The second plumber, Clarke Kent, came out and inspected the same clean out, same result. However, Clarke Kent only found one failure and noticed it was filled with soil, not indicative of a failed sewer line. He inspected 2 other clean outs and found the main line was clogged with feminine products, causing the backup. He cleared the clog and inspected the main line again, the original clean was not connected and was dead. Our entire sewer lines were replaced with pvc, there was no orangeberg. I asked for a rough quote to replace everything if it was failed, he said maybe $15-20k... still less than half of Plumb Doctors.Plumb Doctors was lazy, only inspected a dead line, didn't investigate the problem - we could still flush our toilets, not indicative of a catastrophic failure. Lied about the second failure, the line was cut 6ft into the run. Charged us for video footage that we never received. Advised us to vacate our home. Wanted $44k to replace a sewer line.Rated 2 stars because they refunded our $380 service call and paid $100 for our inconvenience (we rented a hotel for 2 nights until we found a friends house to stay at). We spent more than that and the stress was worse but it was somewhat fair, we both lost in the transaction. My hope is that someone reading this doesn't lose too, avoid this negligent company that will overcharge you for a problem that doesn't exist.Our invoice said both Plumb Doctors and Plumb Masters, seemingly owned by the same person, super confusing and sketchy. Avoid both.

They do not have a team. This company is run by one person. We had an issue with our RPZ and called this company and was told that he would here on Monday and he did not show up. Called multiple times on Tuesday as well to confirm if he is coming and he lied that he would fix come fix it but never showed up.Free Advice: If you do not want to work on a project let the customer know so that they will at least look for other alternatives.

Efficient has been so responsive and was able to place is on their schedule quickly. Our AC needed repairs after our home was struck by lightning and Bobby came out and did an excellent job and in such a timely manner. We will be calling Efficient for our future AC maintenance and repairs and asking for Bobby as our technician! Thank you Efficient!

While housesitting my friends home on Lake Travis the outside faucet broke off and I could not shut the water off. I called neighborhood plumbing and they were so polite and helpful. The plumber called me back to explain how to shut the water off to the house until he could arrive. Within a short time the plumber came, fixed the faucet and had the water back on. If you have a plumbing emergency I recommend calling them.

We used Davis Plumbing to run our primary plumbing lines for a home addition, Raymond was excellent to work with, extremely professional and did solid work. It's hard to find quality work, I will be using them again.

We called today and they scheduled us for tomorrow. They had a cancelation and called me back and got us scheduled for today. They came a little early which was great! They were so nice. The price was fair in our opinion for the work they had to do. They also did the work very quickly and it was done right! We were so stressed out this morning and by 4pm we were completely at ease. I saved their number in my phone for the future and I high recommend them. I will say the ridiculous quotes you get from others you won't get from them. They do their best to stay fair in price.We appreciate the quick and amazing work!!
