Travis Connor did a great job trying his best to find our location of the sewer drain.Our drain was hidden on the property and he could not use the typical entry points inside the home for video detection because of tile built around a toilet so he didn't feel comfortable pulling up our toilet and our p-traps in our sinks were glued together (non of this is typical).He ended up having to climb on the roof and use a vent pipe to locate our location of where our drain line is on our property.He did a great job and did not give up despite all the non typical issues of simply locating a drain pipe!!

Oscar and Jesus were very thorough and took the time to explain to me some additional items to be aware of during the install.
