I contacted Radiant to look at our AC which in part of the house which was not performing properly. Lucas came from Radiant and did the most thorough inspection I’ve ever seen including over 100 photographs. This was extremely professional and helped no-end when he explained what was going on. He’s was extremely personable and took the time to get to the root of the problem. We had a re-gas and now our system is back and potent again. I previously used the company installed my AC unit in my new build. They did a less than quality job. blade came and within fifteen minutes knew what my problem was. The labor was reasonable and a follow-up appointment scheduled. This company says quality because they do quality work.

Nik was awesome! My thermostat was intermittently losing power; he knew right away that it was the fail-safe switch coming in contact with water. He flushed the line and ensured there wasn’t a clog. He even checked the rest of the unit out and found a spot of mold that needs to be taken care of. He also found where the builder took some shortcuts and outlined what I would need to compensate. He was thorough, professional and personable. I would definitely recommend Nik and Abacus!

Dug 2.5' through wet clay to get to the water main, and quickly replaced a borked Pressure Regulator Valve. The repair was expensive, but less than what I was expecting to pay for the amount of work required.

I called with a clogging problem in our kitchen sink. After doing some research, the technician discovered that our problem was caused by a nail that was driven into our drain pipe at the time of our home's construction. The damaged pipe was cut and repairs were made. The job was done in a very timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Turbo!

After rescheduling us 4 times they finally showed up for their 9am appointment at 9pm. The plumber was there until midnight, broke parts of our well plumbing because he didn’t use the shut off valve he was told to use. He returned this morning to fix the well but left us with pieces of our original shower problem to fix ourselves. I won’t be using this company Ever again.

Citywide services had a crew next door installing a neighbors new AC unit. I needed a new cleanout installed, saw the truck, and asked for a quote. It turns out the owner Mike G was there, who gave me a quote. They did the work. There was nothing hidden, no surprises, and no additional work. However the bill I received a few days later was 35% more than the quote. The work was satisfactory, but the surprise on the bill after work is done is not a good way to run a business.

When the power came back on after Snowmagedon 21' my HVAC wouldn't work correctly - I could feel heat/cold at the vents but it wouldn't blow out. My Home Warranty service sent another company, but very quickly it was obvious my HVAC was far too complicated for the 'Other Guy'. He spent an enormous amount of time bad-mouthing Christianson (who installed the system 2yrs ago), claiming they screwed you & the unit is undersized for your house, the unit doesn't have a heat pump and will NEVER heat your house. When I asked him if his statements were true then why had the unit worked perfectly well for the last several years, instead of just admitting he didn't know how to work on my HVAC like a professional, he just kept circling back to blaming Christianson & the low temperatures during the storm, though he couldn't explain why he couldn't make it work when the temperature was 80 degrees outside (!??!!). Needless to say he left quickly, but not before switching the AC and heater wires, and wanting payment. So while the 'Other Guy was still here I called & made an appointment with Christianson. They came out within (1) business day, switched the heater and AC wires back, and reset the unit. TADA, it was fixed - heat and AC!!! Christianson's Tech explained the whole issue in detail, (FYI 'Other Guy': Apparently resetting a unit is common after a power outage.), repaired what the 'Other Guy' screwed up, and was in and out within 15 mins. It's wonderful to work with a company that has real experts in the field. Thank you guys!
