Goettl's communication is horrible and I wouldn't bother attempting to work with them. I was given an 11 to 1 window that I took time off work to be available for and no technician showed up or even communicated that they wouldn't be able to make the appointment window. Goettl also wanted $89 just to come out. I would recommend finding a better company to work with that actual respects your time.

Wow! I am super impressed! It's Friday afternoon and I discovered a small leak. I needed an expert opinion to know what to do about it. I live in Round Rock so I Googled for a Round Rock plumber. I called 3 plumbers to see if they had availability to come take a look. No luck. Then I called Fast Fox. They were here in less than 15 minutes! Fast indeed! The two technicians (Kelly and Justin) were amazing nice, professional, easy to talk to. There was NO pressure. I am keeping their card and will definitely call Fast Fox in the future!

I've been using Stan's for many years for preventive maintenance on my heater and air conditioner. I have never had an issue with either unit since they have been servicing them. I highly recommend their Gold Service maintenance contract.

Although the tech was fine I had lots of issues with the scheduling and having someone show up in the scheduling window. First they had to cancel and told me to call and reschedule, then a tech showed up with no warning the next day when I had not scheduled the service. The 3rd time the window was 12-4 and they didn't arrive until 5:30. I have a service contract so the service was free but I'm contemplating cancelling it because it doesn't provide the value and flexibility I need.

Feel so fortunate to have picked Efficient Air off the authorized dealer list to install our Mitsubishi mini split. Everyone we dealt with was exceptional! From the first phone call to the install, everyone impressed. Ernest and his crew were the best. We know who we’ll call to replace our next unit and service our Central AC system in the future.

Jake at Citywide was in the area working on another house when I asked him to look at my A/C and water. They were much more reasonably priced than some of the others I talked with and were incredibly fast and friendly. Had everything switched out the next day. I had some follow up questions and have always gotten replies within hours and fixes as fast as it would be possible to get them. Definitely recommend Jake and Citywide for A/C or water heater needs!

A/c broke and needed immediate help as it was 90 degrees in my house. Called and left a message. Didn't heard back. But then they called 3 days later to say I was on their schedule.
