I needed someone to come out same day, and even though they were booked Lorenzo came out after his jobs and figured out what I couldn’t. Will be using these guys again in the future.

I scheduled two different inspections with them. One cost me $300. The estimate for one of them never arrived. I called the company several times asking for it, it took about 4 calls to get anyone to actually deliver. The estimate was much higher than the technician said it would be, so I was promised a phone call explaining the change in price. No one ever called. I also tried to schedule the work and the scheduling department never returned my calls.

Top tier plumbers. They replaced my grinder pump and followed up with a warranty call without hesitation. I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

Pierre and his team are fantastic! We recently had a leaking water softener and were not sure how to change out the part that was leaking. Pierre was able to assess the problem quickly and came out to fix the issue right away. He was at our house bright and early the next morning and had the issue fixed within 10 minutes. We have used Pierre and his team for our water heater before and they never disappoint. If you are torn on who to call - don't be - call A&T Plumbing!

They are running a complete racket. They charge a ridiculous price just to look at your water heater, charge another equally ridiculous price if your water heater happens to be located in an attic, and before even looking at your water heater launch into a long, very pushy diatribe about how you should really just buy a new, top of the line, tankless water heater for $4,000...all before they have any clue what might be wrong with your water heater. We found several other plumbers who do quality work for a fraction of the prices Mr. Rooter charges. Definitely would never recommend Mr. Rooter and will avoid them like the plague in the future.

Andre and Roto-Rooter did a great job diagnosing my issue. Everything was explained perfectly, they were upfront with their recommendations, and pricing was fair. I also greatly appreciated their speed, when other plumbing services I called would take a day or two to come out, Roto-Rooter was there within three hours.

I always call Plumb Masters first, and the times that I haven’t, I wished that I had ;-) Jamie and Jordan we’re prompt, kind, respectful of the interesting times (wore masks and gloves), and most importantly they did a great job. We called for an issue with our dishwasher not draining completely, and Jamie immediately knew what was causing it. When cleaning out under the sink for their arrival, I noticed water and they found the leak (disposal) quickly, and of course easily got that replaced without another trip back. We also had a sliding (very old) toilet, which they replaced and sealed it cleaner & better than “the other guys” did a few years back. I can honestly say it’s the first time I have been excited by plumbing work thanks to Plumb Masters doing a great job, with minimal disruption to my new WFH life.

During the freeze our outdoor tankless hot water heater busted. We called on a recommendation from a friend on Thursday and they were out Saturday to check it out. The water heater was a total loss, and availability was difficult due to the widespread freeze. Good Flow was able to secure a hot water heater and install the following morning. I have seen quotes from neighbors for twice as much as I was charged and Good Flow likely could have charged the same and got it due to the situation, but kept to their honest pricing. I will recommend and use them in the future.

A word of warning to my neighbors. My experience with Austin Plumbing has been terrible. First......they put in a natural gas heater in a house fitted for propane. I found out after that it was downright dangerous and a code violation. That was in August last year. Second.....this February I called them because hot water stopped again. No response. So I called Cold Is On The Right Plumbing who came over immediately and diagnosed the problem. But they kindly referred me back to the original company since the heater was still under warranty. But.....Austin Plumbing just asked me to contact the manufacturer myself. So I was forced to hire Cold Is On The Right to remedy the situation.....which they did.I am disappointed with Austin Plumbing, not so much for the initial mistake made but for not being upright and forthcoming about it. Without honesty and accountability nothing else matters.

Stan's has always been dependable. I have had to contact them just a few times in the nine years since my last system was installed. They have good products and people who know what they are doing . . . not always the case these days. Christobal did a fine job and he represented Stan's very well. It was a pleasure to have him perform the service.

After having a new washer installed on Saturday, the water valves for the supply lines were leaking. I called Republic Pipeworks and spoke to Jim and explained my problem. He said don't worry we will get you taken care of today. He came out and fixed my problem by replacing the 20 year old valves. I was very impressed! Jim is honest and professional. I plan on using Republic Pipeworks for all my plumbing needs.

I've used Proven Plumbing several times over the past year and I've been pleased every time. I wish I'd discovered them sooner. I've recommended them to family members in our area and they've had similar experiences.I had them out twice this past week to lift an existing toilet and reinstall it and another toilet after having some new flooring put in. The new laminate flooring is significantly higher than the old vinyl flooring but they were able to reinstall both toilets without having to put in a new flange. That saved me money. They also installed a new kitchen faucet. They recommended what brands for me to purchase and which not to purchase. Additionally they hooked up the water supply to the new refrigerator making sure that there was enough clearance between the back of the refrigerator and the wall. The big box store that was supposed to perform that service said they didn't have the right parts to fit what is a standard valve behind the refrigerator. It was no problem for Proven Plumbing. They will be back in a week or so to hook up a master bathroom dual sink vanity that I will be placing at this same location. Once again Proven Plumbing was helpful in telling me what to look for regarding the purchase of the bathroom vanity. I'll update or add another review when that is finished.Proven Plumbing has always been on time, helpful, courteous and mindful of my property. They were happy to schedule two appointments, before and after installation of flooring, to minimize the time I would have no functioning toilets!

Completely satisfied with the service. Yesterday my air conditioning stopped cooling, it was very hot so I went to turbo, in less than 3 hours Carlos, who was very kind and efficient. He ran a full diagnostic and fixed what was wrong, the filter, in this case. It was a very efficient and immediate service, very grateful to Carlos and turbo for their work.

The team was superb. Thorough and efficient with the process of AC Install and electrical work. They are in my phone book for all service calls now. Compared to other companies, they leave them far behind excelling in what they do. Try them out and see for yourself. No sales, gimmicks or need to make market to expand their business. They are in it to perform high quality work.
