Jess from S and D Plumbing rocks. We had water coming up from under the island which does not have water plumbed to it. We were sure it was a leak in a pipe under the foundation. He came out found the leak immediately (in the wall) with one cut into the sheetrock and fixed it quickly. Very fair price. Great service.

My exgirlfriend got mad at me for catching her cheating on me and ripped off the hot water knob on my bath tub after she finished taking a shower. Victor was amazing! Not only did he replace my hot and cold water knobs, but he fixed the leaks too that were leaking water from the knobs when they were on! He also came back to ensure the water pressure was good. Fabian, his boss, was also very professional and helpful in making sure the job was done right! I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing their plumbing needs met! Woke up this morning to a leaky pipe flooding one of our front beds and streaming down the driveway ? Made a couple calls around to different plumbers but with the freezes lately wreaking havoc on everyone’s pipes, the earliest i could get someone to make it out was in four days! Then I got in contact with Redbud Plumbing and they were at our house by noon today. Patched up the pipe, dug the deepest hole I’ve seen in a long while to get to it, and restarted our water all in a handful of hours. Very grateful for his timely arrival and his excellent work! Will absolutely use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Previously had David hook up our gas dryer when we moved into our new construction home, and that was a great experience.Fast forward 1.5 years and it's like he doesn't care one bit about reputation, customer service, or his word.In short, our home was pre plumbed for a water softener. I reached out to him prior to ordering a softener and whole home filter to discuss scheduling, rates etc. We settled on a Saturday. That Saturday was approaching and he asked to reschedule to the following week. Fine I thought, no big deal. The following Saturday he calls me to say he doesnt have the tools to do the job and the only store that carries them is not open on a Saturday. Chalk that up to piss poor planning on his part. I let him know my frustration with yet another week delay. Then comes today. I reach out via phone call, text, and ask to clarify if he is showing up today. I get a simple K when I directed him to call me Friday afternoon.Today is the Saturday he was finally supposed to do the work. No call, no text, no email. Nothing.If you want to have your time wasted by half assed excuses and what must be a business overflowing with requests, then David is your guy.If you want a working professional, go elsewhere.

I had a leak from my AC several days before Tim's visit. Problem was unable to be fixed first time ,but Tim found the outside drain pipe and was able to clear line. So, AC is draining through that ,not in the house.Tim explained his plan, then showed me what he had done to rectify theproblem. He was patient and polite and answered al my questions.

The team was fast and did a great job. Will work with them again
