Dallas cleared out my garbage disposal in record time-it has been bothering us for months.

First of all, the technician/plumber was nice and professional. The 2 days of cancellations of appointments, re-organizing our time for them, and then charging $350 to simply run a hand cranked auger through the line is ridiculously expensive. I will not use them again and will just find a neighborhood plumber. Not worth it.

JP was very knowledgeable and came back a second time without a charge to clean out a different line that was affected by the first clean out.

HVAC inspection scheduled. System was not functioning so turned into a service call. Will install new system tomorrow.

Billed $400 for them to fix the issue with my hot water heater. Thermostat was replaced. Water still isn't hot. Guys that came were super nice during their visit but Guy at the other end of the phone line seemed really inconvenienced by our asking why it wasn't working. is that even legal?

Wow! Ray from Reliant plumbing did such an amazing job! He went above and beyond to help fix our clog and garbage disposal. He was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and considerate, and took the time, care, and dedication to make sure everything was done right. As a bonus, he is really nice guy and cool dude.

We had a new water heater installed today. Nicholas and a coworker came in and did the job i less than 2 hours. They were extremely polite and kept everything very clean. Reasonable price and he explained everything to us.

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
