Nick Moore from Rooterman Plumbing of Austin is a professional who does high-quality plumbing work! Rooterman Plumbing of Austin was able to fit me in the same day I called, and Nick arrived on time. After analysis of the issue, Nick provided a quote for approval explaining what needs to be done. The price was fair. After the approval of the quote, he did a fantastic job. He has gone above-and-beyond expectations cleaning the place after the repair was completed, which was a bonus. If I need any plumbing work in the future, I would definitely call Rooterman Plumbing of Austin and request if Nick can perform the repair.

I was having problems with my garbage disposal, Estevan came over and checked it out and was able to replace it and do it quick and clean. Will definitely recommend in the future to friends and family.

I received an estimate of $232.83 to unclog the kitchen sink line on a rental property. Even though the quote was higher than the average price for this service, I accepted it based on good reviews on the web. A few minutes later, I received a call saying that the pipes are full of “grease” and it would cost an additional fee of $432 (total $664.83!!!) to remove it – otherwise, they could not provide ANY guarantee for the service that had already been executed (i.e.: if it clogs again tomorrow, I am on my own). I felt mislead on the original commitment to unclog the kitchen sink line and provide warranty for a reasonable period. Therefore, I just cut my loses, paid the $232.83, and described my experience here.

Darrel was knowledgeable, patient and professional. He had a wealth of knowledge about plumbing, code, gas and even advice on structural non plumbing issues. I wish more plumbers could be like him!

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater. One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad. Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater. I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars. Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing. He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape. At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

I would like to complement the staff at G&M Plumbing for their exceptional service in coming out and providing hydrostatic testing of our plumbing lines. They were extremely professional, even fixed a couple of other issue that they noticed, and offered advice on a future project and what to look out for. Will absolutely reach out them in the next event that a plumbing service is needed.

It's always a worry, being far away when problems arise. My in-laws' parents' house has been empty for a while. Just completed an extensive renovation of a master bath and used LT Plumbing based on a recommendation from a Custom Builder in the area. I can't say enough good things about LT Plumbing and highly recommend them. The plumbers who worked on the project were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Called him, he answered (sounding a bit annoyed like he was in the middle of something), told me to text him to get on his schedule, and then he ghosted me. His voice Mailbox is full so if he doesn’t answer the only thing you can do is text, which he doesn’t seem to answer.Tried pretty hard to give him my money. He should hire a secretary to man the phone or something.
