Klock’s came the same day to replace some faulty breakers and saved us a ton of money by connecting us with a supply company that exchanged the faulty breakers for new ones at no cost due to their arrangement with the manufacturer. They also sent someone to come out promptly in the evening after they had closed when we realized the breaker tied to our fridge wasn’t set up correctly. Our last electrician wasn’t able to come for a few weeks out and would have charged us $70 each for 16 breakers. Klock’s will be our go to electrician from now on!

It was such a pleasure having Dunman Electric come into my place to replace all the switches and plugs, install new plugs for the garage door openers, and install new, updated outdoor lighting. The house I live in was built before the Code changed to require GFCI plugs in kitchen and bathrooms, and they knew exactly what to do to fix that, too. They also added a bathroom ventilation fan and now my bathroom no longer steams up during showers!Unlike others I'd called, Dunman Electric was responsive to my phone calls. They arrived on time for our appointment, were professional, affordable, and answered all my questions.I love their work and especially love the new USB and C charging plugs! What a difference Dunman Electric made to help me feel safer in my house! I'm certain you'll love them, too!

Maybe my expectations were unreasonable. I get that some people have bad days or that circumstances make things into a difficult situation. I honestly felt very unsatisfied with the level of service I received. They left after 3/5 things I needed fixed did not get fixed. I felt that they were unprepared, not having the right materials/equipment necessary to properly fix the job. They also came unexpectedly 3 hours before the scheduled time without warning. With all that said, I know that you can't control everything. In the end, I think there is value in customer service. They did their best to make things right and that's above and beyond what most other businesses will do.

I never write bad reviews cause I’m a business owner and know that it’s hard to run and operate a business. But I feel like we got taken advantage of, and it was probably my fault but I felt my experience should be presented. The technician was super nice and great, as well as the owner I spoke to after was helpful. I just think they should do a better job about giving prices in detail before presenting. We paid a $95 service fee, technician came, and told me it would be around $1000 to fix all the problems (Total four issues). I thought that was expensive but understand their time and costs. Then I had second thoughts on the importance of 3 out of 4 jobs and said let’s take care of the main one and got a re-estimate of $903. I was surprised to find out that it was only $100 cheaper. So I asked for more details about the costs. Materials were $180 and service fee of $95. That’s when I came to realize that it was $600 in labor for 3 hours. Again, I understand time and their skill should be paid for. But what bothered me was that I was not asked and automatically charged for the technician to go and get the needs materials (which I was paying for already). I assume they had these parts on hand but was wrong. A technician getting paid $200/hr should not be driving around getting parts. Felt like it would have been best to get parts myself and have him back later to install. The technician arrived at 11am and left around 2pm and all we got was one light fixed (ballast and light bulbs) for $900. Seems excessive since I felt like an hour was wasted getting parts. Just my thoughts and it seems to be a common sentiment throughout the reviews. They did great work, no one is questioning that but the rates are just crazy high since other groups charge $75-$120/hour and the process is more bid per project based, Which I think better suits my needs.

One of the workers nearly sideswiped me twice today. Thank goodness I was paying attention because he clearly wasn't.

Great work, excellent communication (before, during, and after work), attentive, clean, and fair-priced. They installed floodlights and ran a dimmer switch for me and I’ll surely utilize their service in the future. They remained communicative before the actual install and were not pushy.

Responded to my issue with professionalism. Clearly broke down the issue with the lighting fixture and wiring. They made the repairs immediately and resolved my issues. I felt they did a great job educating me on what caused the problem. I would recommend them. They were also the most reasonable I found when checking for quotes on service calls.

Ramiro and his crew have been doing work for us around the shop for over 2 years now and no job has been too small or big for the company. They have installed all kinds of breaker boxes, step ups, kiln ovens, emergency lights, and over head lighting. They have always been available to start a job within a day or so after the initial quote and have even worked on the weekends to get it done. I would recommend CP Electric to any business or friend with any electrical needs.

We feel lucky to have found y'all! Lykos Services was quick to respond to us and come out, easily able to diagnose the problem we were having, and make the repair. We even ended up tacking on a bonus / upgrade job we had been wanting while they were here! Lykos is knowledgeable, transparent, and trustworthy. They absolutely have our business the next time we need help!

Be very careful when you pay a prior payment because they put a small words with “non-refundable” at the bottom of the invoice. They did not work for me and not cooperative to refund even they said they they could refund. We are under dispute about this matter.

We tried to use this business to install a plug for a microwave oven above the stove (and install the microwave), and install plugs and switches throughout the house. They scheduled an afternoon appointment over a week ago and no-showed without a call. Left messages that are still not returned.*******UPDATE*********A person from Aztec Electric responded to this review and indicated that he believed I was in Fort Worth and had not contacted him about electrical work. I can assure everyone here that I had indeed contacted him, and my review stands. I even gave him another opportunity to come back and do the electrical work. I called, he never bothered to call me back, so my review now shows Aztec Electric no-showed me TWICE without so much as a callback BOTH times. Don't bother with this Company. There are plenty of other great electrical contractors who are more than happy to come and earn your business.
