It is very rare that I write a review for a company. Customer service matters and this company gets it! How rare is it that you call a company and are greeted with How can I make you smile? ? The got me on their schedule quickly and kept me updated on the team's arrival. The team that did the hydro jetting told me upfront what the costs would be. They did great work and did it quickly. Plus, the cost ended up being less than expected.

Jain Martinez was awesome. He identified and fixed our issue right away. Very professional.

Working with Jennifer has been a great experience! She knows plumbing and has answered all my questions. I know I’m in good hands with her on the job! Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for major or minor plumbing jobs.

DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL, called these guys with intentions of supporting a local company. Should have taken the warning signs when they took almost a whole day to return my call and didn't show up when scheduled to, i spoke with Joe and he stated he would be by within a couple of hours and did not show up till the next day. I decided to give them the opportunity to perform the repairs they recommended and after 4 days from the day they started repairs to now, I am still experiencing the same problems! The pictures and information on their website is deceiving (including address and staff), Joe apparently is a one man band, he was the only one who showed up, the only one who answered the phone (initially) and the only one who can make a decision to fix my repairs properly, he (they) obviously has chosen not to stand by his work. Joe may be great at changing faucets and swapping toilets, but if you need other plumbing services and complicated work, look for someone else.

I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this company. I Short Term Rental my home due to everything being so expensive these past few years and reviews in that business is extremely important. My kitchen faucet had a catastrophic failure the very last moment as i was leaving. I called Westmoreland who understood my situation and dispatched a tech who immediately responded and arrived with the correct internal components to repair the faucet with-in 3 hours, all before my guests arrived. I am very grateful for their exceptional service!

They were able to send a technician, Ernest, out within a day. He was polite and thorough and did a great job.

While housesitting my friends home on Lake Travis the outside faucet broke off and I could not shut the water off. I called neighborhood plumbing and they were so polite and helpful. The plumber called me back to explain how to shut the water off to the house until he could arrive. Within a short time the plumber came, fixed the faucet and had the water back on. If you have a plumbing emergency I recommend calling them.

They clean the line as best they could, but identified the problem as on the city side of the sewer. Had to call the city sewer department and they have cleaned it out so it’s working now.

Raymond Davis installed/modified the gas pipe to accommodate installation of a new dual fuel range and installed the range. From start to finish it was EXCELLENT! When I requested an estimate for the job, he responded promptly to schedule a meeting. He arrived on time and efficiently diagnosed the needs and gave me an estimate both on the spot and in a follow-up email. After I purchased the range, he responded quickly to my request and accommodated my schedule. He arrived as promised on the date scheduled, worked steadily and efficiently to complete the work, instructed me regarding operation and safety features. He made sure my other gas appliances were back up and running properly after the gas was turned back on. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend Davis Plumbing Services! I will definitely call them again.

Steve and Caesar were polite, professional, efficient, and performed admirably. They scoped the drain pipe and pulled and replaced the toilet. The cast iron plumbing was in good shape, but when it needs replacing, I will be calling the Plumbinator
