Nightmare work!!! end up costing me more than double to fix-up the issue with the another plumbing company and now this company is threaten to put unpaid invoice on House Lien. I set-up an apt for early morning so I can go to work. They came 3 hours late - while I was waiting office kept saying someone is on the way. Eventually, two young guys showed up in broken vehicle. They were struggling to figuring out toilet clog-up. Didn't have right tool with them. Went back again for an hour got the tool and after spending 3 more hours on the site. Left with the recommendation that they can't fix the issue and differ the issue on something else (outside lines). I couldn't go to work (lost my wage of that day). After explaining to the office that service not rendered so no money will be dispatched. By LAW services has to be rendered/delivered in order to other party obligated to pay. In return I got threaten calls now and a letter that I owe them $295 for their services, if i don't pay they put it on lien. They never fixed the issue in fact it costed more almost $1300 because I have to call someone else from another big local plumbing company (who were not cheap) and fix what ever it needed to do. BE ware of unexperienced plumbers in Austin land area.

Very happy with the service I've received. I have used Neighborhood Plumbing several times and have been pleased. This time they fixed my leaking shower. The plumber was knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to use them and I recommend them too.

The good: Reliant was able to get to us the same day. Logan was helpful, and good at explaining things. Even though the job took seven hours, two plumbers, and a trip to the supply store, they were able to get us back into running water by dinner time. Much appreciated!The bad: After they left the water heater was making very loud noise, water was spewing out of a valve into our side yard, and the water pressure was comically low. So they had to come back the next day only to find they hadn't turned a particular knob after installing our expansion tanks.The worst: A week later something else broke (not their fault) and the plumber that came out to fix that indicated that we had paid Reliant more than twice what they would have charged for 2 expansion tanks and a pressure regulator.So on the fast, good and cheap pick two scale, Reliant is Fast and Good.

We had a terrible clog in our kitchen sink that 3 other plumbers couldn't clear. Zen and Daniel used their hydro-jet to clear the clog. We have old cast-iron pipes, and Zen and Daniel were very careful with them. I couldn't be happier with their speedy response and resolution of our sink issue. I will definitely contact them again for plumbing repairs!

These guys did an amazing job. Sam and his team showed up and made the repairs necessary in less then ten minutes. They were very pleasant and got the job done at a reasonable rate. They will forever be the team I call for all my plumbing needs.

I would like to complement the staff at G&M Plumbing for their exceptional service in coming out and providing hydrostatic testing of our plumbing lines. They were extremely professional, even fixed a couple of other issue that they noticed, and offered advice on a future project and what to look out for. I have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience with CT and EZ Flow Plumbing.Prices were more than competitive. When CT first showed up, he worked extremely hard to try and find our main water line for a soft water loop installation. Our builder gave us some really bad information, and CT spent hours trying to find the main water line based off their inaccurate locations.We called it a day, and I ended up buying some wall scanning devices, thermal imaging devices, and even a stethoscope to try to find this pipe on my own time. CT offered to do anything he could to help find that pipe, but eventually I was able to get some good information from other homeowners in my community. The builders estimates were not even close to the actual location of the water line, and it would have costed us probably hundreds in repairs if we started cutting through the wall to find it.CT and his crew came out, assessed everything, and scheduled to follow up asap to complete the loop work. They were always a pleasure to have around, extremely polite, professional, and super friendly. Everything looks beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the price and the incredible attention to detail on making this process super smooth and as efficient as possible despite the misleading direction we were given initially from my builder.If you have any hesitations, look no further! Our water heaters were on the blink and I did some research and decided to go Tankless this time. Reached out to Dennis as he is a certified pro dealer for Rennai (they are the best in the market) Tankless Water Heater. The day I called Dennis, he came in the same day and inspected the heaters and suggested we go Tankless. His Estimates were fair and he came by yesterday and installed it. He is a man with high integrity, polite, good sense of humor and methodical in his approach! So glad we found him. Dennis is my 'go to guy for my plumbing needs.
