Ryan, Angel and Jason were the best technician to replace our faucet. They explained everything in detail that they were going to do. They were very knowledgeable. I've had S&D Plumbing as my provider for over 5 years now and will never have any one else as my provider. Thank you S&D Plumbing.

Service was really courteous and professional from beginning to end, starting with the nice lady who answered my initial call. The plumber who actually came to my place was Mr. Benjamin himself, lol. He explained what he needed to do in order to repair my water heater. He made a few minor tweaks to improve overall efficiency. He also helped me with another unrelated problem while he was on site. The first experience started really shaken with Roto Rooter. The first two technicians were not qualified and lacked experience in how to properly access the situation. Not to mention they damaged two pipes under my house.However, things turned around when Jason T Henderson showed up. You could tell he was head and shoulders ahead with his knowledge. Being in construction myself, Jason did not try to pull any bull and took the repair by the horns. He did a thorough job. Roto Rooter is lucky to have Jason on staff because his knowledge and experience definitely saved Roto Rooter a nice backcharge from myself. Jason worked with me to get the bill correct as all of the damage was done by the inexperience of the first two technicians.Ask for Jason T Henderson if you want the job done correctly. Thank you Jason for getting the job done right. There are still good plumbers out there and Jason is one of them.

I called fast plumbing for two different jobs and they were terrific. Melissa is responsive, thorough, and super helpful. I needed advice on the best way to plumb a guest bath addition and the guys came out, analyzed the current plumbing layout and really helped find the best way to plumb the new bathroom- and it was not an easy task!! I am planning to hire them to do the complete plumbing work on a new guest bathroom addition. I highly recommend the team at Fast Plumbing.

Blake did an excellent job! What started off as a small issue, ended up becoming a bigger problem involving the sewer system. Blake was knowledgeable and helped us understand the problem and resolved it. He will be my go to plumber going forward!

We had our main drain line blocked and water was backing up in the bathroom. Redbud came out and cleared the lines and was extremely reasonable price wise. We have tenants in that house and I was fortunate that Redbud could help us so quickly. I will use Redbud Pluming for all our future plumbing issues.

I tried to contact them twice, left my information and no one's gotten back to me. If they're not out of business then they've got a really poor idea of customer service.

In August of 2019 our air conditioning went out. The parts were under warranty, but they charged us outrageous labor charges. They were late for appointments and one day they didn’t show up at all. In late May of 2020 our air conditioning went out again. They said it was the same two boards they replaced in 2019. I wasted a week waiting for them to get the parts in. When I would ask them where the parts were they would tell they were on their way and would be here tomorrow . This went on for a week. They finally got the parts and installed them, and had the same outrageous labor cost. One hour after the technician left the AC went out again, he came back again and fixed it. Then in June the same issue, the tech fixed but didn’t seem to know what he fixed. Now it’s June 3rd and the AC is out again. Worst service ever.

PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. INSTALLED WATER HEATER IN ATTIC AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS. HE SMOOTHED OUT THE INSULATION THAT WAS DISTURBED DUE TO THE INSTALLATION. COURTEOUS AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS ABOUT JOB. WILL DEFINITELY CALL FOR OUR NEXT PLUMBING ISSUE, WHETHER SMALL OR LARGE.

I was very please with the service from Fast Fox Plumbing. Our technician, Kameron, was very pleasant and professional and addressed our questions about the issue facing us. he provided ways to hopefully resolve our issue before we had to resort to other, more expensive means.I would recommend Fast Fox for any plumbing needs.

We called Cold is on the Right when our regular plumber was not available to help with our bathroom remodel. I am glad we did!Phenomenal customer service and quality workmanship. As a homeowner tackling this project without a general contractor, we found them to be a great company to work with.Results were amazing, and despite some unforseen complications caused by our tile guy, the Cold is on the Right crew worked twice as hard to engineer a work-around solution, and didn't charge us any extra.Cold is on the Right is now our plumber.Thank you!

I'm writing a review because one of the guys they sent over (I won't name him) was extremely rude and argumentative. I was actually blown away that he was so challenging. He didn't listen to anything we said and argued with us about everything. His body language was very aggressive and his responses were strange. When you have a busted pipe why would you want a rude kid coming to your house, not listening to you and arguing with everything you say then, charging you for it. The 2nd guy was great. I was glad to have him here to break the tension. Very disappointed and will never use them again.
