Gilbert, the owner and Master Plumber, phoned me twice very quickly to get info regarding my job and was at my home within an hour of my first phone call to him !! He had a full 2 week schedule and offered referrals to other plumbing companies, but I opted to wait for him,. As my issue was small in his estimation (replacing 2 30-year old water shut-off valves to my washing machine), he came out himself .I was amazed at the speed (about 20 minutes) at which he worked and completed the job! He is professional, friendly and helpful in educating his customers of their circumstances. A delightful person and I'm grateful to have found Blue Dragon Plumbing.

The Roto-rooters provided me the worst experience of any service company I had till date. Their so called professional plumber did not provide me any estimate before the job started (nor got our sign for approval), took 11 hours to install the heater, left 5-7 times in the job in the name of 'going to get some parts'. The invoice for installing a residential water heater was $4864.64.It was a ridiculous bill that I disputed. Worst experience of my life with any service company. I would not recommend them to anybody.

We had a water leak in the front yard, and Fast Plumbing came out a few hours after I called. It was raining and very cold outside, but Mycol and his assistant fixed the problem quickly and everything was working even better than before. Very excellent service.

These guys are reliable, always courteous, the quality of work is consistent, and pricing is fair. What I appreciate the most is up front quote before they start work (based on what they see, of course). Since moving to Texas, we have tried several local plumbers in the past with very mixed results. I've always preferred establishing a relationship with an individual plumber I can trust but having given up on that here, glad to find a company who comes close!

They require that you pay $129 to come out and give you a quote on a job where they are charging you an insane amount of labor for the job. They don't provide an itemized breakdown of the job like part cost, labor and tax. This is the shadiest way to conduct business. I would never ever use them for any repair work. Smh!

There isn't enough words to describe the level of service Redbud Plumbing provides. They have gone above and beyond in their trade. We are so fortunate to use them for all of our rental properties. They offer great communication, customer service, knowledge, and honesty; which is hard to come by nowadays. Don't hesitate to give them call for all your plumbing needs.

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

Tech Josh Turner, at Dayton; did an amazing job repairing my ac unit and was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and and was exetremy helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Every plumbing emergency we've had has been handled by Custom Plumbing Services. All would have been impossible for us to fix on our own (pipe broken by tree root, sewage clog, broken toilet flange). Every plumber who has been to our house has been courteous, professional, and upfront about the cost, which was always reasonable for the quality and efficiency of the work. No shortcuts taken, just honest problem solvers. I always recommend them.

Charged for the estimate, did not provide an itemized quote and wanted $375 for a 1 hour job that required no parts. Will never use again. That said they did fix the problem, the work was of good quality and the plumbers were professional. But $375 an hour for an estimate and repair is an unreasonable price for what should be expected of a reputable plumbing company.

Water heater replacement was timely and cost-effective. Superlative service from an honest professional. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I had a whole house water filtration system installed by Ben and his crew. They arrived on time and did the job in a timely manner. They were all were friendly and courteous. I would most definitely recommend them to others and will most certainly use them again.

My water heater was shutting off every week so they came to drain and repair my heater on 10/27. My water heater then stopped working again after their repair on 10/31, and now again on 11/8. I contacted them on 11/01 regarding the repeat issue and they sent someone out same day, but we're still not sure what was causing the issue. They asked me to reach out to an electrician, which I did, and then after speaking with the owner Louie was told he would follow up with me. Fast forward to 11/8 and my heater goes out again without any response and I've essentially paid $385 to have my heater drained. I called again today earlier this afternoon to have the issue addressed and again there is no follow up. The people I've been in contact with are very nice folks and they have been very professional when speaking with them, however there is no plan to get this fixed and I feel like I've wasted my money.
