Mike H was fantastic! He was very patient with my elderly Aunt and her baby Chihuahua Zoe. He did an exalent repair and was very courteous. He even checked our water pressure and water heater condition. If I could give him 6 ⭐ I would. If you have a plumbing problem call Radiant, you won't feel like you were over charged or rushed at all. Great company!

Felt lucky to have Daniel from Stan’s service our house today. Being a new homeowner, I had a ton of questions about the HVAC unit. Upon a routine Tune-up he patiently answered all my questions and even showed me how the airflow systems work through the house. I know feel more knowledgeable about my own home and confident to call Stan’s back for any maintenance/modification requests in the future.

Incredibly happy with the service here. My A/C stopped working all of a sudden last week and the entire system froze up. I called-in and Alex showed up within a few hours. I was happy that they were able to make it the same-day and were on-time with estimated arrival. Turned out my control board went out on my 21 year old Lennox system. It was too late in the day to get the necessary part so Alex was up the first thing the next morning to pick-up the control board needed for repair and was back out early that afternoon. I had A/C again! Alex set proper expectations given that my system was original to my 20 year old house. I’ll be calling them when it’s time to replace. It’s wishful thinking but I hope it’s a long time from now. Thanks Alex!

Good work! My kitchen plumbing broke causing a lot of moisture from leaking water, so I called Turbo Plumbing to help me fix the damage, and they did! After scheduling my appointment, they came on time and checked the pipe, changed it and fixed everything in record time. Totally recommended!

I appreciate this business so much. My ac broke and I have a newborn and within 30 min they came and fixed my AC when I called other businesses they were charging like 300 for it to be an after hour call on top of the repair cost. You guys are awesome thank y’all so much

My AC was going on and off for several days so I called City Wide. Mike took time out of his day on Sunday, Father's day to check out my unit. The motor had gone out and needed to be brought in from another location. He was back on Monday early in the afternoon to finish the job.It only took half an hour to finish the install and now my house is perfectly cool once again. City Wide does fantastic work. They are very responsive and go out of their way to help their customers out. Several of my family members throughout Austin use their services. On top of that they have extremely good pricing and are honest people.

I’ve been very pleased with the service I’ve gotten from Strand Brothers so far. Bensi was so knowledgeable and prompt in repairing our outdoor AC unit when it failed last summer (blown capacitor) that I decided to sign up for the Advantage program to get priority service and regular maintenance.Gilberto just finished up with our latest regular maintenance appointment, and again, he did a great job checking/clearing drain lines, filters, etc. I really like that he took the time to show me some potential problem areas inside our indoor unit while he had it opened up. He gave me plenty of information on various options to mitigate those problems with improvements to our system.Overall, I would recommend them to anyone in the Austin area.
