We had them come in to detect issues with some water leaks. They found them and were able to service us quickly, however they did have to come back after missing one area which left us three additional days without being able to shower. Their prices are really fair.

I will highly recommend Roto Rooter to all of our condo owners who are in need of any plumbing concerns. Very professional, on time and they know what they are doing! We are very impressed on how they handled the project and finished the project.

I called and made and appt and took off of work to meet them. They no called no showed and then when I called back and spoke to Tara she said they could come out for an extra $45. I told her I scheduled an appt with one of her plumbers last night and gave her his phone number to verify. She said ok and still wanted to charge me $45 extra. If you own this company and read this please start recording your calls from clients and listening to them because your burning leads. I would give 0 stars if possible for wasting my time.

AAA looked at our water heater and expressed high confidence in fixing it for $500. After several delays, the plumber installed some new parts (leaving bits hanging out) and the heater worked for about 10 minutes. (Since I had been able to light the pilot before, I'm not sure there was any improvement.) They did at least point out that the pilot light must be going out for a reason (I guess some people might try overriding the safety features somehow.), and (probably correctly) recommended a new water heater. Visual inspection by other plumbers showed the real problem, but they insisted that it could not have been predicted. The quality control manager eventually agreed to refund part of what we had paid, but then AAA simply didn't send the cheque.Edit: AAA eventually sent the cheque as promised. I changed the rating from 1 star to 3.

Al is great -- he was originally contracted through my pool contractor to do some work in the backyard. I was talking to him as he was wrapping up that job and mentioned a few issues in the house; Al was able to take a quick peek, offer some solutions and provided a bid.Ever since switching to a tankless water heater, we noticed some of the faucets lost pressure and took way too long to circulate hot water. We spoke to other plumbers who mentioned that there wasn't anything that could be done and that the faucet was in an as is state.I had Al come back a few weeks later and was able to fix and upgrade some of the plumbing system, to both increase water pressure and also speed up how long it takes for water to reach some of the faucets.I'm really happy about the service and am thankful I've run into Al by chance. I strongly recommend reaching out to Al as his team is great -- you won't find any better in the area.

He was able to locate our leak and water heaters issues quickly and he spoke to us regarding a repair plan.. His communication was perfect! He showed up on time, was very honest, reliable and professional , and he knew what he was doing, and got the job done! 10/10 turbo exceeded my expectations, they are the best! I had been 2 days looking for a service technician for my air conditioner because it had stopped cooling due to a blockage in the condenser, but every time I found a place to do it they told me it would take between 1 or 2 days to visit my house, until I found turbo, from the moment I called the attention was excellent, they scheduled an appointment and the same day the technical team arrived with tools and supplies to solve my problem. i recommend them.

We had a leaking pipe after the freeze. Jason installed a new pipe and the required valve. He made sure everything was up to code.

Mack did a fantastic job doing our tankless filtration and softener system. He even noticed an issue with our PRV and was able to fix that as well. Very impressive eye for detail and high quality parts used. Highly recommend.

He made sure to reach out to me when he was on his way and offered to wear a mask when he noticed I was wearing one. I really appreciate his politeness and the extra info he provided me on maintaining my faucet. Well, hot damn. I wish every business was run this well with the same caliber of people. Wow.I recently bought a fixer-upper of a home and been working with a number of contractors and sub contractors, electricians and plumbers, etc. Austin Area Plumbing is the first company I have been wow-ed by.The admin, Amanda, is super friendly and even remembered me from the last time I called them two months ago. Scheduling was easy, and they do same day service.I'm not sure I want to tell anyone about Pierre for fear that he'll be too busy to take my calls, but that man is all good things. He called 30 minutes ahead of the appointment to let me know he was on his way. Amanda had said he would be there between 9am and 11am. He was there at 9am on the dot. He's courteous and is really good at explaining/teaching, doesn't upcharge for anything, always looking to save me money, and really fun to chat with all around! Pierre is my plumber for life.They just moved into larger offices and are expanding into all areas of home repair and remodeling. Their prices are super fair and it's a really well run operation. They have built their business on doing good work, and they are growing quickly because of it.
