Best Hot Water Tank in Austin TX
Darius did a fantastic job repairing a water pipe leak/breakage. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable. Price was fair-it wasn’t the cheapest by about $75 but after reading their reviews I thought it best to go with them. I would certainly use them again if needed in the future. I was actually surprised it didn’t cost much more!

Service was really courteous and professional from beginning to end, starting with the nice lady who answered my initial call. The plumber who actually came to my place was Mr. Benjamin himself, lol. He explained what he needed to do in order to repair my water heater. He made a few minor tweaks to improve overall efficiency. He also helped me with another unrelated problem while he was on site. Thanks very much!

I have used A & T a few times as I knew the owner from my previous neighborhood. I had to get a water heater replaced last minute a week ago and Pierre was by far, expedient, extremely knowledgeable and very affordable. He ordered, delivered and installed within a few days. His company handles both residential and commercial. I would definitely use them again and any time I need an expert. I also used his company a few years ago due to a toilet leaks and also for some irrigation issues with piping in yard. Again, top notch work, affordable and went above even when the services I needed weren’t their typical types of issues they handle.

They did come out quickly to help with a smell of gas in our new home, but we’re not able to fix it as it was an appliance and not the pipe. The owner was very kind and did give a generous refund of a portion of the charge for services. Thank you!

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in today and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner, and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local.

We had a great experience with Good Flow, and we had major work done. Our 50-year-old iron sewer lines had rusted away in part, and we were having serious problems.Another company came out to manage an emergency and took photos in the line, so we were convinced. But Good Flow seemed to know more about what they were doing, how long it would take and included repairs the other company did not.Having the home drain system replaced is an arduous and sometimes loud process taking 3 weeks or so. They actually tunnel in under the house and replace the entire system with plastic pipe, Most days we had at least one bathroom available, but a couple of days we did not.Good Flow crews were respectful, did a professional job, including covering the mounds of dirt to protect them from rain. They put concrete back at the washer and driveway, and cleaned up after themselves.Good Job! Good Flow!

A newly installed washer/dryer unit was not adequately connected to the in-house gas line, causing enough of a leak that I had to pull the w/d unit out of the alcove myself, to shut off the gas supply until I could get Abacus scheduled to come out and troubleshoot and fix the issue.Javier was delightful to work with and isolated the leak, installed a new connector and moved the unit back into its proper place very quickly. So good to know I have 'go to' professionals to rely on.

A word of warning to my neighbors. My experience with Austin Plumbing has been terrible. First......they put in a natural gas heater in a house fitted for propane. I found out after that it was downright dangerous and a code violation. That was in August last year. Second.....this February I called them because hot water stopped again. No response. So I called Cold Is On The Right Plumbing who came over immediately and diagnosed the problem. But they kindly referred me back to the original company since the heater was still under warranty. But.....Austin Plumbing just asked me to contact the manufacturer myself. So I was forced to hire Cold Is On The Right to remedy the situation.....which they did.I am disappointed with Austin Plumbing, not so much for the initial mistake made but for not being upright and forthcoming about it. Without honesty and accountability nothing else matters.

Billed $400 for them to fix the issue with my hot water heater. Thermostat was replaced. Water still isn't hot. Guys that came were super nice during their visit but Guy at the other end of the phone line seemed really inconvenienced by our asking why it wasn't working. is that even legal?

The service we received from Stan's was very poor and overpriced. Our plumber showed up 2 hours late to the first visit and left without hooking up the sink, leaving us without a working kitchen sink or dishwasher for the weekend He returned to do the job on Monday and did not have all the parts needed to complete the job. (not kidding)He retuned today (one week later) was a hour late. He charged us $420 to install the faucet and $420 to reconnect the sink/disposal. He left today and the reverse osmosis system was leaking. Rather than fixing the leak, he advised us to buy new fixtures next time and departed. Disappointed is a understatement on this one. I phoned last week to discuss our concerns and was told the owner was going to follow up. We did not receive a call.

Mojica did a great job on my property with replacing and old distressed sewer pipe. Oscar who runs the company gave me an honest and fair breakdown of the work and David who ran the project did it well and with a smile on his face. Appreciate the good work Mojica team!
