John G was our technician that came out and we felt he went above and beyond with his thoroughness. He performed a very thorough check with our plumbing issue and was really informative. He was conscientious, respectful and professional. We had questions after the service, as well, and the customer service team and John were both super happy to help and provided excellent follow up. These days it seems hard to get providers that show up on time and/or are able to resolve issues quickly and were really pleased that we knew when he was on his way and every step of what he was doing while at our home. We appreciated the great communication, customer service and overall experience. Would absolutely call them again.

We had a great experience using Precision Heating and Air (Fox Service) installing a mini-split ductless system in our master bedroom. The installation went great, both the installation guys and the electrician were efficient and did an amazing job. I'd like to send a special shout-out to Wendy in the office - she bent over backwards to support us with some paperwork wrinkles. Problem was solved in a single morning - great work! They're all a great team and we'll absolutely be using them again. A+ professional service.

Andy Garcia, the technician, arrived during the appointed time, quickly assessed the leaking connections to a bathroom faucet and installed a new faucet as well. Very professional, courteous and reasonable. I highly recommend Ben Franklin plumbing.

The gentleman who installed our dishwasher did an excellent job - he arrived early, hauled off the stinky old one, went above and beyond to clean out the space before putting in the new one, and had to do some electrical work to get it working properly. We appreciated him so much! Only thing I wish I had done was insist on putting pads under the old dishwasher before he pulled it out, because our new wood floors got scratched a little. But overall it was a wonderful service experience!

Darvin came out and was friendly and professional. He was able to get my water heater on but the company charged $150 to turn it on which felt like they were taking advantage of me in a desperate situation. Nothing was wrong with my water heater, I was just not doing it right.

I highly recommend AC Pros. Noah, the owner was incredibly professional and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Mark who came several times to our home. We have a newborn baby and Mark was so considerate of the baby, and our family. He went above and beyond every time. He explained everything clearly, he was super patient and very considerate. He wore protective covers on his shoes every time he came in the house, wore a mask just for extra precautions, and even offered to help change the filters. On the install day the crew of Noah, Mark, and Ethan did a great job in a very tight space, they worked for almost the full day and were very respectful of our space and home. Everyone in the front office were also pleasant and understanding. The only hiccup was a discrepancy on the estimated financing from our quote and what the actual financing came out to be. We were expecting it to be a bit under $200 each month and it ended up over $500. So just be sure to double check the estimate and the financing at the end.
