In summary, they quoted us over $700 for work that would have taken less than an hour and parts less than $50 total.Sean came and said it would cost more than $300 to fix the toilet that keeps running. He did say that his company built the plumbing system in our 3 year old house as well as the other houses in our Pulte (Parmer Crossing) subdivision. My first thought was, how come there are problems already, especially right after the 2 years plumbing workability warranty expired. He then quoted us over $400 to replace a cartridge or something for our shower that does not produce enough hot water. My wife did not agree with fixing the toilet for that much as she believes that only the flapper needed to be replaced, which she did mention. We obviously have no idea what's wrong with the shower and agreed to have him fix it. Later on my wife bought a flapper for $11 and fixed the toilet herself. Then we told a friend about our experience and he told us that he had the same plumbing issues and replaced the cartridge himself for about $30. Look, I understand the company needs to make a profit, but trying to charge us over $700 for less than an hour of work with readily available and affordable parts is unethical and perhaps price gouging. It would have been much more reasonable if they charged per hour for labor plus cost for parts, even $100/hour would have been much more reasonable than the $400+ we paid for essentially half an hour of work.The second technician Raul might have been even worse, but at least we didn't lose money on him. When I submitted the requests and emailed back and forth to schedule the appointment, I mentioned that I wanted the free air audit to see if we should get a HVAC and Vent cleaning. I mentioned that we previously had another company inspect it and did not find any mold, but their system was not compatible with cleaning our HVAC. Raul came without the equipment needed to test the air and tried to sell my wife all sorts of things that our 3 year old house did not need. He was making a sales pitch about something that improves oxygen or something, which made no sense at all to my Respiratory Therapist wife, who knows all about Oxygen. Why is he making sales pitches when he doesn't even know the quality of the air? He then said he'll come back the next day at noon with the equipment to test the air. We waited at home all day the next day and noon came and went without a word from him. We had errands to run so we gave up on him and left the house at 4PM only to hear from the company at 4:30PM that he can head to our house now, which I said we're not home. When asked what time we would like to reschedule, I responded that we did not have a good experience with him and do not wish to reschedule for the above reasons. Of course I didn't get a response back.Honestly speaking, I'm very disappointed with everything above. I chose the company because the reviews were good and it happened to have the same name as me, but now I'm embarrassed for putting my wife through this debacle and we're both upset about being overcharged and essentially treated like idiots. I hope this was simply the case of rogue employees rather than the result of businesswide unethical practices.

Had a pipe leak outside which caused me to not have any water in the house. Andy came that day and fixed it. He gave me great advice, was very nice, and did a great job with the repair. Their prices are very expensive, $100 service fee which doesn't apply to the work, but they do quality work.

DerekK came out to service my soft water system and also helped me out on a drinking purification system that also had issues. He was prompt, professional, and nailed both jobs very quickly.100% satisfied!Mark

Abraham came to check out my AC water leak. I found the problem late Sunday night and the earliest I could get service from my contracted company was late Thursday evening. I called Stan’s and was able to get service much sooner. I appreciate the response time so much! No one wants water leaking from their AC unit!! But Abraham came and fixed the problem. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dug 2.5' through wet clay to get to the water main, and quickly replaced a borked Pressure Regulator Valve. The repair was expensive, but less than what I was expecting to pay for the amount of work required.

John was very professional and on time. The work he did for us was outstanding. I would highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues.

On Sunday I had a waterbreak in the house. Although a pricey service call, they were quick, professional and efficient. I was pleased with the service. Jared P was outstanding!

I never used to look at the mechanical condition of my air conditioner but a friend recommended me to call turbo plumbing to do a maintenance, when they looked it and it was about to damage some pipes, thanks to this company for helping me and being aware of the whole process.

Arthur from this company came out and did a great job explaining and reviewing our issues and options with our AC unit after hours when needed. Truly appreciate his great service and attitude

I was blown away by their clear communication, their sensitivity to my young child, and their attention to detail. They were professional, timely, and incredibly helpful in explaining everything that was happening. They cared for our home as if it were their own, and that means a lot when you have someone doing extensive work that can take multiple days to complete. I will request to work with these two technicians again in the future.
