Great Service even came out on Saturday last minute couldn’t expect anything better

Mike came out, looked at the problem, diagnosed it & gave me a quote. Almost 6 hrs later & after having the city come out to take care of their half of the job he got the water running again, left everything how he found it and honored the price he gave me at the beginning. Found my new plumber in Austin.

Service specialist arrived on time and cleared the pipes. Very professional wore mask and put on shoe covers before entering the house.

Fantastic experience with A&T. Had a leak that was so bad that Austin Water contacted me due to excessive water usage. Called A&T at 2pm, they had it done, yes done by 6 pm. Great work. Everyone was friendly with a sense of urgency. Corbin and Corbin, Associates, as I came to call them, explained everything as it was progressing, and made sure to get a quote before starting any major work. I'm a real estate agent and I just used Capital City Plumbing for my clients who were buying. I have used them in the past as well, but this transaction was more complicated with a foundation repair and a tight timeline. I needed to get repairs done before closing and Capital City Plumbing did a fantastic job communicating and getting the job done for me in order to close for my buyers on time. I also got another bid and they actually beat their price. Everything was super easy, great communication, and they understood my urgency of needing to get it done by a certain date and made it happen. The technicians were also super helpful and explained all of my questions and got back to me right away. I did not feel rushed or like I was bothering them. The entire staff including the techs and the office staff made me feel like they genuinely cared. I had the recent need to replace an old water heater as it cracked and started leaking water right before the Arctic Blast a few weeks ago. Out of the few local Plumbing companies I contacted, L&P Plumbing and Fabian were quick to respond. Fabian and I discussed the issue and the details over the phone and he provided me a reasonable quote via email almost immediately, then proceeded to schedule the service later that day. The two technicians that came to do the job a few days later were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My new 50 gal electric water heater was up and running in no time, it was a very clean job. They did excellent work, and I am very pleased with the service and overall experience, they were quick to respond and to schedule and complete the job efficiently. Really got screwed with this one. Thunderbird was great and communicative until things became a hot mess. My house is from the 50s with terrible plumbing. I received multiple repair bids ranging from 5-15k and went with Thunderbird. I did all the repairs they recommended for my house. Unfortunately, when they fixed the initial problem it brought another problem to light- bad drainage. I left 4 voicemails over the course of 2 weeks with no call back. I found an active leak that I can't get them to fix, they were going to come out one day but no show-no called. I've requested warranty information 4 times but nothing. Dealing with bad plumbing is a pain as-is but, it's worse when the person that's supposed to be fixing it goes dark.

Their technician, Mike, arrived in the scheduled time window. He was very professional and courteous. I would use this company again and highly recommend 1st Home & Commercial Services.

I first used them on a major water leak on a Sunday of all things. they came out within the hour. Since used them on my job site 5 or 6 times and never have anything but excellent results.

I called Redbud Plumbing after unsuccessfully trying to fix a slow-draining bathtub. From the moment I spoke with Chris, I was impressed. He was kind and professional and gave me an ETA. Dilan arrived on time, quickly solved the problem, and showed me the culprit—an old-school stopper that was stuck in the overflow drain. I'm thankful to have been referred to them.

Called Al Mac out after I got a high estimate on hooking up the gas supply to my outdoor pool heater from another plumbing company. Alex gave me an estimate that was more than $500 cheaper and noted that the other plumber was not gonna be using the right gas size either. Had Alex do the job and couldn’t be happier. Dave was very professional when he came to do a check-up on my AC unit. I really appreciated his explanations and supporting photos. He found a couple of things and sent an email with an estimate. I was so ready for a hard sell...if you do it today I can give you a discount...but there was none of that! He simply emailed me the estimated and wished me well! Something I find so rare.

I originally planned to have my water heater replaced and they recognized it was only a combination of adjusting the temperature and replacing a minor part. Appreciated the honesty and saved me $1000+!

**Update- It should be noted that since writing this review- Fox came out to fix the situation for us in late April. Hence, I added a star to the overall review:Fox replaced our HVAC unit in February. They spent hours beforehand inspecting the situation & giving my husband a long list of woeful issues related to our HVAC. They upsold us on the need for a larger, more expensive unit for our downstairs system, but they FAILED TO NOTICE THAT A LARGE PORTION OF OUR DOWNSTAIRS WAS BEING COOLED BY THE UPSTAIRS UNIT!!! Hence, the expensive system that they recommended is not appropriate for the needs downstairs, and the upstairs unit may be working harder than it should. They will not take responsibility and make it right.I should also mention that their workers are in such a hurry that they damaged some spots to our house when pulling out the old unit.Very disappointing.

I had a slab leak in the garage. It was a small leak which made it hard to find. Once located, a repair was proposed and completed the very next day. Have some holes in the drywall that are needed to isolate water lines. Over very pleased with the outcome. The leak was located, confirmed and repaired. Can't ask for more than that. I would recommend and will use them again, though hopefully not too soon

Really fantastic experience with this plumber! He spent a great deal of time analyzing our low water and clogging issues and helped us identify the most affordable way forward. We did some of the demo ourselves and purchasing then he helped fix the issues and installed a new sink and toilets. He was also very careful about socially distancing, respectful, cheery and kind.
