I assume they have astronomical rates for a reason. I called for quote to install a power outlet inside my home, fully aware of the quote fee. The electrician shows up and quotes me $450.00 for the job. $450.00 for a simple indoor power outlet. Doesn’t offer an explanation as the why it’s so expensive but happily takes the quote fee and leaves. I’ve contacted another business that quoted the job at half the cost since dealing with this. Just be warned that they price gouge and have no qualms scaring customers away with their ridiculous quotes, just to collect there quote fee.

These guys are awesome! 5 stars isn't enough. I will call them first for any future electrician needs at the business and at my own home. They went above and beyond during the unprecedented winter storms in Texas When we were the only business in the area that that still didnt have power, when it was restored to everyone else around us, after 2 days of straight brown out - I knew we had an isolated issue at our property. Mind you it was after 9pm, and I knew it wasn't a rolling black out issue (our meter was on) but no power at all in this large 3 story building. I called a dozen electricians and all were either no answer or told me it would be days before some one would come. Already feeling defeated, I looked one more time on google and found Morningstar Light & Electric and decided to call. Natalie promptly answered my call, I explained my situation, and after a brief hold she told me some one was on their way. Sure enough Ken showed up through the miserable driving conditions and walked and talked with me for over an hour and got our power back on. He answered all of my questions and showed me step by step what I could do it something similar happens again(I would have never figured it out - with all the knobs, buttons, levers on this commercial main disconnect).From the first phone call to them I didnt even ask about what their charges, rates, or emergency after hour fees would be- I was just glad to have a professional come out and help me . I told Ken and Natalie to contact me directly the next day and Ill take care of the invoice my self. A couple of days go by and Natalie calls me to tell me that Morningstar Electric is not going to charge us a dime!Electrician Ken and Morningstar Electric came out here in the middle of the night during an ice/snow storm that Texas has never seen before and gave light and heat to all the people stuck here! WITH NO CHARGE!

I can not Express enough how helpful this company has been in reaching our deadline on time for a commercial project! I especially want to thank Dan from the HVAC & Mechanical side of this company! He stepped up to the plate to help bring this project home! He brought in two guys willfread and Darwin. I really hope that efficient will give these three guys a pat on the back or a round of applause. We were in a bind and behind and thanks to these three in particular we have a very clean, timely installation. The most important thing to me about these guys. You could set your watch by will and Darwin they will be there at the same time everytime and work all day long at a faster than steady pace(high marks from me in the category.)They are very educated in their trade. As well as amongst the most efficient of the efficient group in my opinion. It has been a true pleasure to work with these guys and I look forward to using them on the next project! A special thank you as well to Derrick for providing quality assistance when we needed extra people. He will read plans measure twice cut once kind of guy that you can count on to be at top of his game everyday! I would really like efficient to extend my thanks to these Master Tradesmen! Great experience with ATX Electrical Services. They were very easy to schedule and responsive to questions and concerns. The electrician they sent out even took a little more time to talk about future projects after he was done with what we hired him for. I will definitely use them in the future.

Clayton Wernli was great. He constantly communicated with me and provided very reasonable options for our repairs.

I called with a clogging problem in our kitchen sink. After doing some research, the technician discovered that our problem was caused by a nail that was driven into our drain pipe at the time of our home's construction. The damaged pipe was cut and repairs were made. The job was done in a very timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Turbo!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Alton is very professional and is great at communicating to you as a person with any issues or suggestion's that he has. Pam in office is also great and very responsive with scheduling. They were very safe in the house and wore mask and gloves the entire time. Will continue to work with them in the future as they are always on time and do great work at a reasonable price.
