We decided to get a new HVAC system, and decided to give our business to Dayton Service. We are very glad we did!We had our initial consultation and estimate from Brian, and he was able to answer our follow up questions quickly.Andrew arrived first and was able to get started on the extraction of the old equipment while Brad came with the rest of the new system. They exceeded our expectations by being on time and very professional.Our new Daikin Fit a/c and heating system are working great! The foot print of the new condenser out side is half the size of the old and it works more efficiently already.When I called to thank the office, John, was very friendly and remembered speaking to my husband earlier in the day.We are very pleased with the service we received!

The serviceman who came out here was great!!!! He was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly.The company has scheduling issues. They scheduled my appt, had a lady call the day before to confirm, and then cancelled in the morning of my appt.Rescheduled for a week out with a 12pm to 4pm window. Lady called the day before to confirm. 12-4 came and went. I decided to call them at 4:36pm to find out what happened.I tried I bunch of different phone numbers and got no answer. When I finally found a number someone would answer, I was told “You’re scheduled for 2-6.” I was not!!! We’re working to get someone over there, I was told.While the man who was here was awesome, the company needs to figure out their scheduling issues!!

AC went out; valve leak, lost coolant...August, ATX, no bueno. Mark (outstanding) came out and did a deep dive eventually finding the the problem. He coordinated with Brandon Faught (not enough superlatives to describe this guy), who immediately took action getting us a replacement unit. Brandon, Robert & George came out, Robert did the heavy lifting and was awesome. They were thorough, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The replacement unit is now cooling and we're very satisfied clients. It all starts upfront. Who you speak with sets the whole tone. Chances are you're probably calling in with a negative issue. Too many businesses overlook the importance of their front line Team members. Amy & Tracy could teach a course on how to deal with a customer. They're the best. The Champion leadership would do themselves a big favor by acknowledging these fantastic Team mates. Give 'm all a raise!

Efficient A/C and Electric provided our family with outstanding repair and service. One of their HVAC Techs, Mr. Ernest Rodriguez, provided the best customer service I have seen in Round Rock. Mr. Rodriguez was very polite and professional, taking the time to explain what our issues were and how they could be repaired. He did so in a timely manner and Efficient A/C and Electric had excellent rates for the service provided. I recommend this company to any family and be sure to ask for Mr. Ernest Rodriguez.

I highly recommend SALT! The technicians called before arrival, they were on time, professional and efficient. We will definitely use them again!

Heat stopped working. Called. Team came and said we need a part and they will come in 2 days at a specified time. No one shows up. We call and they route us to a call center that is apparently out of the country, and tell us there was no appointment/service visit actually scheduled. No one is coming. They offer to “email” the company to let them know we’re sitting here without heat for the last 48hrs and will be heading into a cold weekend. Absolutely awful. They ghosted us. We had a service contact with Strand Bros for years. No more.

Used them for our sat location, very good communication, efficient work. Didn't gouge us like others have in the past. Was always something new discovered, not with these guys, quote, job, pay, no surprises. I don't like surprises.
